"Here you are," Pops murmured, presenting a fuzzy blanket to Chloe. Taking it, she wrapped it around her shivering shoulders. For possibly the last three hours, a majority of the animals had gone outside. They had a massive snowball war, built a snowman, made snow angels, ate snowflakes, and were given rides by Tattoo on his new snowmobile. Now they had come back inside to warm up.

Laying down beside Sky, Duke rasped his tongue over her snow covered head. Tail wagging, the Siberian husky placed her small paw on top of Duke's very own, causing his heart to skip a beat. Ignoring it, he continued licking Sky's head. Nearby, Buddy was offering Sonya a giant cookie. Blushing, she willingly accepted it. On the couch, Nitro and Pepper were curled up with each other.

"Is it just me, or did it get a lot warmer in here?" Gidget asked quietly. Following her gaze, Max mumbled, "You know, I think it actually did." And with that, he pulled Gidget closer to him.
