(I'm experimenting with a new writing style comment down below what y'all think of it and tell me if I should keep it up)

Todoroki Shouto did not involve himself with others.

Throughout his childhood whenever someone approached him it was just because his old man was a 'cool and amazing hero' along with the fact that his old man never approved of other people anyway.

He became a loner as a result of this and has never had any relationship with anyone outside of his family and tutor.

"So How was it with the number two pro?" Kigarashi asked.

There went very much to be honest. The old man hunted the Hero Killer down for a bit until it was told to us that someone already defeated Hero Killer but he was not given the name of who caught him and he'd rather become a preacher for Legalism than press the old man for answers.

"Not very different from back home" he answered. "Although we did try to catch the Hero Killer for a few days but apparently he got defeated by somebody else."

"Interesting" Kigarashi said and Shouto swore he felt someone staring at him.

"How curious that that's all people talk about but one thing remains the same" Kigarashi said.

"And that is?" Shouto asked.

"No one knows who beat him" Kigarashi said. "Or preferably..... took care of him."

"And What does that mean?" Shouto asked confused.

Kigarashi only smiled.

As lively yet empty in some way as usual.

Hifumi Shigaraki knew best.

At least she did think so up until recent events.

She sighed angrily as she sunk into her seat and looked at the paperwork on her desk.

She chugged the water from her wine glass without a care  in the world then started reading the suggestions for new products and some updates on the quirk studies of some patients.

Managing a support equipment company and a quirk hospital for people who have difficulty with their quirks.

All made by her father....

She looked at the photo containing her on her 18th birthday.

She closes her eyes as she remembers her parents before they perished.

"Ms Kigarashi?" Her assistant asked knocking on the door.

"Enter" Hifumi said. This best be important.

Her assistant came in, a young woman, recently hired after the previous one was fired for specific reasons.

"Dr Ujiko requests for you to go to his lab" she said her posture perfect and everything she did was perfected to Hifumi's euphoria.

"Did he specify why?" Hifumi asked hoping this wasn't just a sad update on her father.

"He said he has someone you MUST meet" she said and Hifumi nodded, dismissing her.

(Warning: There is a MASSIVE manga spoiler about to come up that won't make it into the anime until like Season 5 or even 6 so I'm warning y'all now to go read the manga because this is crazy.)

Hifumi left her office to go see Dr Ujiko.

"Ah! Hifumi! As quick as usual" Dr Ujiko said  smiling seeing the eldest Shigaraki daughter.

"Who is it that you wish for me to meet Doctor?" Hifumi asked.

"My longest experiment by far but definetly worth the time as it was extremely successful" he said gesturing her to the secret lab.

"Worth it enough to make me take early leave and to work on alongside my father's condition?" Hifumi asked intrigued as the Doctor did mention having an experiment for a while.

"I believe you will find him to be extremely useful to you" Dr Ujiko said going over to a tank.

He went over to a panel and pushed a button and the tank opened and showed someone who appeared to only be mist with a bartender suit on.

"Greetings, Master Hifumi. I am Kurogiri and I will serve you and your siblings" he said bowing.

"Explain Doctor" Hifumi said crossing her arms giving an icy look to Dr Ujiko.

"You see I was informed that you're childhood butler, Tadashi had betrayed you" He said.

Hifumi scoffed at the mention of him.

"Stupid man, he tried to hurt me and Izuku in the Sports Festival" She said. "I trusted him enough t I take him with me there and I get betrayed hmph I hope he's happy learning his lesson right now."

"If I May Hifumi" Dr Ujiko said. "What did you do to him after his betrayal?"

"I condemned him to watch over your failed experiements" Hifumi said without a shred of pity. "Specifically the level 4 disasters."

Dr Ujiko flinched knowing how horrid those creations are.

The Doctor coughed as he regained himself and Hifumi kept her icy look on him.

"Anyway the latest experiment of mine is made from the corpse of a young man named Shirakumo Oboro" Dr Ujiko said.

(If y'all didnt know that sucks to be you I warned you twice)

"I used his quirk, Cloud as a base to create his new quirk" Dr Ujiko said.

"And that is?" Hifumi asked looking at Shirakumo.

"Warp gate" Dr Ujiko said. "Allow him to explain."

"I can create and manipulate dark fog that acts as a portal" Shirakumo said and bowed again. "My name is Kurogiri, Hifumi-sama."

"How far can your portals go?" Hifumi asked.

"I have no limits to location for as long as I have the coordinates" Kurogiri answered.

Hifumi smiled.

"Very well then I have my first task for you" Hifumi said.

"At your command" Kurogiri said.

"Pick Izuku up from UA send him to our house but that isn't until a few hours so I guess for now...." Hifumi said then held her chin with her hand while resting its elbow on the palm of her other hand.

"Please go and check on Yua for me" Hifumi said. "I'm presuming the Doctor gave you the coordinates to my home?"

Kurogiri nodded then warped.

"Doctor Ujiko" Hifumi said.

"Yes Hifumi?" Dr Ujiko asked.

"Please take me to my father" Hifumi said. "I wish to visit him."

"Right away!" He said. "Follow me."

Yeah Ujiko is a submissive little sh!t cuz he respects Hifumi and even fears her in some sense and Kurogiri acts differently because he doesn't need to be a guardian to Hifumi unlike with Shigaraki so he acts more as a butler.
