Iida's POV
How did this happen?

"I am the brother of a great man and hero."

I went to fight the Hero Killer to enact my revenge on him for ruining my brother's career and life.

"FOR TENSEI!"

Then as I charged at him and went to fight him....

I was beaten like a piñata in a children's birthday party.

"You and your brother are weak, you know why?"

He lifted his blade.

"Because you are fake."

As he moved to kill me....

The blade stopped.

A yellow aura surrounded the blade and it was removed from the Hero Killer's hands and to the hands of a certain person with dark green hair.

"Baka" Kigarashi said giving me a cold look then turned to look at the Hero Killer. "Stain? correct?"

I remember screaming at Kigarashi to run as it was MY fight. He had no place nor right to meddle!

"Oh will you SHUT UP!" Kigarashi snapped as he dodged a sword.

"But-!"

"Listen you shut up kapish!" He snapped at me. "I got dragged into this mess because YOU are a RECKLESS! STUPID! SELFISH! S A D EXCUSE OF A HERO!"

I flinched at his harsh words.

"You dragged me to this mess because you left me and Manual!"

Oh God Manual.....

"I was asked to bring you back and you're over here" he said as he threw his hands up in the air as he jumped, dodging some knives.

"Being an idiot and trying to get killed!"

As I sit in the hospital room, I clench my fist and resist the urge to punch the wall repeatedly then bang my head on it multiple times.

"It's my fault... it's all my fault..."

As I wait for Kigarashi to return from the hands of the police.... I wish we switched places.

"I need to be reprimanded for this not him...."

I let out an angry sigh as I lean my head to the wall in shame.

Kigarashi kept fighting the Hero Killer until he backed the Hero Killer to a corner.

He was trying to get him to surrender but he pulled out a secret dagger and slashed him in the face.

He jumped away from Kigarashi and jumped behind him and he grabbed the sword he secured from the beginning and as the Hero Killer was about to attack him.

*STAB*

The Hero Killer fell to the ground and I screamed horrified at what just happened.

Kigarashi......

Murdered the Hero Killer.

Guilt swarms in my head as I recall that one event.

I was selfish!

I seemed vengeance over justice!

I caused Manual and Tensei to worry!

I ran off when they were going to fight a villain!

Manual and Kigarashi might've thought I got killed or kidnapped at my absence!

I am the class rep!

But I am the worst example of a hero!

"YOU ARE A RECKLESS"

I never thought of the risks....

"STUPID"

I should've known not to pick a fight with someone I can't beat! I was taught that from a young age and repeatedly up to this day!

"SELFISH"

I've hurt others because of my foolish actions...

I only thought of how he crippled Tensei....

There were more heroes!

More people who's lives have been ruined!

Some who were bound to have families!

What right did I have to be the one to take revenge!?!

"SAD EXCUSE OF A HERO"

I drove Kigarashi to murder.....

I clutch my head as Kigarashi's voice yells at me.

"Brat! Idiot! You drove me to murder! You're the murderer not me! Why am I being punished instead of you!?! I hate you! You're not a hero! You're nothing but a villain who likes to say he's a hero!"

Tears fall from my eyes at how true his words are.

"Tenya Iida" a voice said.

I quickly wipe the tears off my eyes as I turn to see a woman with long dark green hair with pale skin and yellow eyes.

She had a black suit on with a white undershirt and she bore a clear resemblance to Kigarashi.

"That's me" I answered the woman. "She must be a relative of Kigarashi. Mother? No she's too young to be his mother. Sister? He never mentioned a sister though he doesn't mention much about his family at all."

"Do you know what hospital room Izuku is in?" She asked. "The nurse told me it's this room but he isn't here."

"This is his room but I believe the police are talking to him" I answered. "Because of you, Tenya you idiot."

"I see so the police on the phone weren't messing with me" She said. "Thank you Iida I must go find my brother now."

And like that she left.

Leaving me alone to my thoughts.

Hifumi's POV
"Hifumi you idiot! Izuku asked to stop him but not as in KILL him! I got him in so much trouble! Wonder what Yua's doing? Probably off crying in mom or dad's room that's what she always does when I'm not at home."

I adjust my suit jacket as I get into contact with Izuku.

Izuku? Izuku? Are you there?

Where are you? You're not in your hospital room with your ex-friend!

I'm on my way there Hifumi-nee the police are taking me back there now.

I'm so so so so very sorry about this incident Izuku.
