I went into the stadium and looked straight into Kigarashi's eyes and he had a mix of a dull and a determined look on his face.

"Begin!" Midnight sensei yelled.

I sent ice his way only for him to tap his foot and counter with his own ice.

"AND TODOROKI AND KIGARASHI BORH USE ICE!" Present Mic sensei yelled.

"With the dual quirked Todoroki against the Study quirked Kigarashi this will be an interesting fight" Aizawa sensei said.

"You're pathetic Todoroki" Kigarashi said coldly.

I growled lowly as I sent more ice his direction to have vines rapidly grow from the ground and prevent the ice from going through.

"Are you really going to limit yourself to ice?" Kigarashi asked as I avoided vines that rapidly grew from the ground.

"I will never use my father's fire" I said growling in annoyance and anger.

"Then use your fire" he said as I felt ice creep up around me.

"I refuse to be what he wants" I said as he went over to me. "Not after everything that bastard has done...."

"You're being hysterical" Kigarashi said. "You're WILLINGLY stopping yourself from being yourself. You're STUPID."

I'm getting more and more annoyed as this goes on! I manage to break free from the ice and contemplate my next move.

"Ice can't do anything right now and I'm not using fire."

I manage to break off the ice and I start moving to ease the cold on me as I Feel vines erupt from the ground.

They wrap around me and tighten as I get sent up.

I was held in the air and I could already tell as I was being moved backwards.

"He's going to send me out of bounds....."

I freeze the vines on me and I struggle out of the frozen vines and I look to see Kigarashi with empty eyes.

"Have you decided to shut up?" I asked as I made my way over to him, trembling.

I couldn't help but notice that his eye twitched with a look that appeared to be struggling.

"What is?"

"AAH!" Kigarashi yelled out of nowhere as life came into his eyes.

"What's? Going on?"

I look around and see I'm in the battlefield fighting Todoroki.

What will I do next?

Everyone is staring at me with either confusion or humor as I look around.

"Kigarashi" A woman who should not be in public said. "Are you still okay to continue?"

"Y-Yeah" I said as I looked at Todoroki.

He was shivering from the amount of ice and holy sh#t how mich ice was sent?

I'm so damn confused but I decide to go along with it as I activate my strength enhancing quirks on my arms.

I pump some on my legs as well as I jump at him and ice gets sent my way.

I counter with a punch and I feel ice wrap around me.

"Decided to change your strategy, Kigarashi?" Todoroki asked coldly.

"I haven't changed anything, Todoroki" I answered truthfully.

"How am I supposed to continue fighting like this?"

"I can't fight....."

"I can't do anything......."

"What was I doing earlier?"

"I know what I must do...."

"Do you think I'm stupid?" Todoroki asked. "It's very clear you came from using elements and moved to strength enhancement."

"So that's how our fight went?"

"Well frankly you are quite stupid" I said. "You have a CHOICE, Todoroki. You CAN be yourself while others don't have that privilege."

I suddenly feel anger swell up catching on to what's going on.

"Kigarashi! Did my bastard of a father make you do this!?!" I yelled angrily.

"Endeavor?" Kigarashi asked cocking his eyebrow. "Didn't even talk to him. Ask him later, I'm sure he'll be THRILLED to answer."

"Then what are you trying to achieve with this!?!" I asked.

"I want to save you" Kigarashi said.

"What?"

"What?" I asked.

"No one should ever shackle themselves. No matter what you've been through, that's no excuse."

I was listening while sending ice his direction and he kept dodging by jumping.

"Wake up Todoroki" Kigarashi said.

"What?" I asked.

"WAKE UP DAMMIT USE YOUR POWER!"

"I won't-"

"ITS YOURS! YOUR POWER NOT HIS!"

I don't even care as I pant tired with my half burnt off shirt.
