As everyone was having a good dancing, drinking and eating the night away, you couldn't help but sit alone in the corner worry about Cody and wonder, the guy from your law class grabs a seat to you "hi" he says "hey" you said back to him unbothered "i'am sorry I didn't tell you my name earlier in class when I gave you that note, it's Niall , what's your?" "It's (y/n), it's to meet you Niall" "Yeah you too, why are you sitting all alone?" he exclaimed softly "oh it I thought this I liked guy was gonna show at the party tonight but he's a no show" you said sorrow looking at the floor "oh (y/n) I love this song do you wanna a dance?" he asked excitedly jumping up from his offering you to his hand "sure" you smiled lightly grabbing his hand pulling up to the dance floor

You and Niall both build up a rhythm and to the music on beat "YEAH GO YOU (y/n)!" Billie yells from the end of the dance floor dancing with Austen "I knew (y/n) could dance like that" Emma chimed in "her moves are so cool, I think I could dance like" Taissa adds "then why not" Evan says grabbing her hand pulling into the dance floor with him "Evan why are you doing you know I can't dance" "Come on Tai you can do it" Gabby cheered "TAISSA, TAISSA,TAISSA TAISSA! everyone chanted on loudly and cheered she playfully did the robot and bowed smiling "I knew you could do it Tai" lily running over to hug her along with Jamie

Evan quickly checks his phone to see three more visitors standing outside the front door "I gonna run put and answer the door but I'll be right back, keep the party going for me" he said before giving Taissa a quick on the lips which makes Emma a little jealous inside, he dances back upstairs to answer the door to Darren, Cody and Finn standing in front "what's up Evan" Darren exclaimed excitedly jumping into his arms "oh nothing much Darren thanks for asking it's just that my party is fucking lit so far, i'am happy you guys could finally make it tho" Evan declared happily

"No problem dude" Finn exclaimed smiling " "yeah I can't i'am so excited" Cody adds Evans closes the door behind him once again then took the boys downstairs to the basement, Cody sees you and Niall together and laughing while talking with each other causing his heart to break

Cody's P.O.V

*Why I do care so much about this girl I don't even know, I can't get her out of my head she's all I can think and now she's with another guy and I feel like a total fool*

You turn you head after away from Niall for a spilt second and sees Cody wallowing in self-pity standing the in corner and drinking a cain of beer lending onto the wall, some hours into the night Emma wanders off upstairs with Finn to hook up with him in one of the spare bedrooms in the house meanwhile Billie and Austen creeped off together to quietly hooked up in the living room, while you, Evan, Darren,Niall,Jamie,Taissa,Gabby, Cody and Lily sit together on the floor in the basement hanging out and talking as a mix of chill-out music plays in the background

"I have a question for you guys?" Lily asked happily drunk

"Well go on Lily shoot" Evan chimed in eating some cold pizza and drinking a slip of his beer cain while Taissa rested her head on his shoulder yawning "where do we all go,when all we fall asleep?" Lily questioned curiously giggling softly "what's a really good question Lily" you exclaimed smiling "oh thanks (y/n)" "you're welcome" "I think we go up to the stars or to a different world away from earth" Cody muttered

"or maybe we go inside our brains to get away from shit happing around us when it gets too much to handle in the world" Gabby adds cheerfully "or we could get taken over by aliens" Jamie declared jokingly "what the f*uk Jamie" Taissa laughed along with everyone else "what tai Lily's the one who asked the question not me" "anyways, (y/n), Evan, Niall, Taissa and Darren what do you guys think?" Lily questioned "Erm I have no idea" you said puzzled "yeah me ether" Niall agrees "i'am the same with (y/n) and Niall I got nothing" Taissa said sleepy trying not to close her eyes and fall asleep on Evan's shoulder

"well I think we don't go anywhere when we all fell asleep, we just stand in our beds and sleep until the next day" Darren scoffed confidently rising his beer in the air before drowning it down until it's empty and crashes the cain on his head then throws it on the floor "Darren you're such a party poorer" Cody said playfully "well at least i'am trying to have a good time unlike you're self big c" "big c whose that?" Gabby asked confused "me it's my nickname from Darren" Cody replied "what's the big stand for glasses" Niall joked sarcastically

"Niall" you snapped hitting his shoulder "the c obviously means Cody your name" you give Niall a death state and roll your eyes at him unamused while Darren does the same "I was only joking (y/n)" "so what if Cody wears glasses you it makes him any better than you pal" Darren said angrily standing up to face with Niall

Finn and Emma return back to the basement hand in hand as do Austen and Billie walking behind them, Evan suddenly stands up flips with anger grabbing Finn and punches him in the face "EVAN OFF HIM!" Emma yells in horror while Darren, Austen,Cody and Niall quickly jump in and try to stop the fight, Finn gets the courage to hit Evan back and tackles him into the ground and kicks his face,balls and stomach

"I guess the party's over" Lily demanded jokingly shrugging her and leaving the basement to go back to her dorm alone with Jamie, Gabby and Niall following her lead, you Billie, Emma and Taissa watch the madness continue until Darren finally has never enough pulls Finn off Evan in an anger rage "STOP! he yells "IT WASN'T MY FAIL DARREN HE STARTING HITTING ME FOR NO REASON!" Finn yelled back "STAY THE FUCK FROM EMMA!" Evan yells "OH YEAH WHY SHOULD I!" "BECAUSE I LOVE STILL HER!"

The room fills with silent Taissa cries and runs out of the basement alone and heartbroken "well you should of thought of that before you cheated on with Taissa" Emma snapped tearfully before running back upstairs Finn gets up and goes after her "Oh babe let's go" Austen says to Billie "alright (y/n) you coming?" she asked "no but I'll met you and Em back at the dorm soon" you replied "ok but be careful out there" Billie said quickly hugging before leaving with Austen "we better go Cody and check if Finn's ok" Darren said calmly putting his arm over Cody's shoulder smiling intoxicated "ok come on you let's get you to bed, see you later (y/n) take of yourself" Cody said lightly smirking while you watch him and Darren leave the basement together

*Cody looked so sad I hope he doesn't think there anything going between me and Niall cos there isn't not one bite of it*

"I'am gonna make a move now, thanks for inviting me and friends to the party tonight Evan it was lit, have a good one" you said he nods sadly in response and watches you wandering to go upstairs to return to your dorm leaving Evan sitting alone,drunk and upset knowing what he has done
