The elevator then opened, indicating that gabby had made her way to the basement and is now safe with e gadd, hopefully.

The next area was actually all the way down into the boiler works.

Luigi heavily sighed, clearly impatient will the long ride down, the further he went the more it seemed to reek of sewer stench and toxic.

"What smells so awful down here?" Luigi coughed, holding his nose.

He walked out first and the horrible smell seemed to worsen.

then he saw a ugly looking ghost asleep on the ground, Luigi tried to back away, only to step on a rubber duckie...

A whimper escaped from his lips as the ghost woke up and stared at him, his eyes lingered on me the most before he laughed creepily and spat on his hands before rubbing them together.

He then turned on of the rotor and one of the pipes rumbled but before spitting water directly into Luigi's face.

Luigi jumps out to the way, the ghost named Clem laughed.

"Well, they said you were a slippery one, I guess they weren't kidding"

"Wow...well you aren't the only plumber here, I have my experience with pipes" Luigi breathed.

"Oh, so you're a plumber too, well I can tell you this you never met a plumber like me" Clem leaves.

He made it to a large room, a big iron door with a rotor attached to it was above him on the second floor.

"Come on, gooigi, let's get that creep!" Luigi said as he swiftly made his way up the ladder and went to open the door, however, next thing the room started to fill up with water and the ghost scared Luigi, causing him to fall in.

"AH!"

He swam to the surface together and caught his breath once he were on solid ground again, "great! Now I'm all wet!" He huffed in Annoyance

Polterpup was doing Roddy paddles when he gets out and helps Luigi and they entered the main twisty room filled with with pipes and of course water.

"Alright Gooigi, maybe it's best that you sit this one out?"

He made upset noises before going into Luigi's poltergust, "soo... how do we get past all this water?"

Then his eyes landed onto the rubber duck float, without hesitation polterpup pushed Luigi, causing him to fall into the float and have the air knocked out of him.

""AH!? This was your idea!?" Luigi asked as Polterpup shrugged.

He narrowed his eyes before using the duck and blow on the poltergust to move.

Gooigi pulls on the chain so he could get through the last gate.

Then shark fins emerged from the water, Luigi didn't have time to react as the ghosts popped the float, making him sink.

"Oh no you don't!" Luigi yelled swam as fast as he could.

He floated over to the large lever that had caused this mess, pulled it down, and watched as the water levels lowered.

Then the water was clearer than anything, shining like a prized diamond.

He eventually made it to the large iron door, Luigi turned the rotor and opened it.

"Now let's try and be quiet this time..." he whispered to polterpup.

But as soon as he said something Luigi had stood on another rubber duck..."where do these things even come from?" he groan.

They then heard Clem stir in his sleep, his eyes opened and he gave him a sick smile as he turned to Luigi who gave him a glare.

"Say what you are but you're just a ordinary plumber"

"You may call yourself a plumber but I'm different, I'm a super Mario brothers plumber" Luigi says.

"Why of you cause such trouble for us, we're trying to make a living working"

"Quiet a talk of living for a ghost"

"Hey watch it green boy, I dealt with boys like you"

"You guys started it first when you took my family and trapped them in frames"

"Family's bag they're nothing but trouble"

"What would you know?"

"What's it to you"

"I was just trying to have a nice relaxing normal no crazy adventure family vacation"

"Oh don't worry you'll be joining them"

Then Clem threw a tantrum before he heard a lever switch and the water levels began to rise.

Luigi quickly jumped onto a duck float and grabbed polterpup.

Once the water rose high enough, the plumber ghost joined them in the water on a swan float, he also had some sort of fan in his hands and approached Luigi and tried to smack him, luckily luigi pulled out of his range.

he started to dodge the mines that the ghost was throwing into the water arena.

"I'm clem, by the way.." just then the water turned green and started to bubble.

"I'm Luigi" ge then took something out of Clem's pockets but Clem Takeshita is hand.

"That's the button to the tomb suites, be warned...there's many traps up there, you'll never make it out alive!"

Then Luigi points the poltergust at him, Clem gasped.

"You'll be surprised by what I can do" Luigi says as he sucks him in.

But then the button fell in the water, "oh you got to be kidding me" Luigi groans and drains the water, he slides down the laser and grabs the button.

But as he gets up he sees something, "dad" he finds the frame of their dad in it.

He uses the black light before calling Dr E gadd, "hey Dr e gadd what do you know about a  ghost named Clem?"

"clem? Let's see Clem was born and raised in the southern countryside. He did not have a quite easy life. He lived with his mother, father and older brother.
Since he was young, his father often fought with his mom so his brother and him always spent the night shivering in fear. His mother was full of bruises and scars from being beaten by his father, and there were many times where their lives were almost in danger. When Clem was 17, they were already used to the father's violence. Whenever he got violent, Clem screamed and threw himself to stop him but he didn't stop so easily. His brother took a hammer and hit his father on the back of his head, causing him to fall and laid dead on the floor while convulsing. Clem and his mom were shocked at the brother's actions. The police were called by the neighbors for witness what was going on. They arrested Clem's brother, who muttered as he sobbed "It's all over now. It's alright, it's alright".
Clem never blamed him at all. He just wanted to end this violence. Clem was a former plumber who eventually became a mechanic. He even earned a degree in engineering as he had a knack for using machines. As Clem worked on maintenance in one of the sewers, a storm was happening above ground. One of the pipes was overfilled with water from the rain and it burst, and the place was flooded with all the water. Clem, unable to swim, drowned and was carried away with the water, his body was not found until a few hours later. He was 30 years old. Hellen found him as he was about to leave the sewers and offered him a job and permanent residence in her hotel. As mischievous, messy and lazy he is, Clem does genuinely care about his fellow residents and coworkers of the Last Resort, especially three little ghost girls whom he proved to be a better father to them than his own father was to him and his brother"

"Who were they?" Luggins aksed as his dad came out, Luigi helped him up.
