Luigi clenched his flashlight when he heard the elevator stop.

He slowly came out while polterpup followed behind. He looked around and went to the left hallway.

Polterpup looked in luigi direction and followed him. Luigi were in the bathroom, he saw something at the bottom; something glowing.

"Huh?" Polterpup saw it too. He started looking at him in fear.

"I-I'm sure it's nothing, polterpup" Luigi says as he opened the door but it was stuck.

"What the?!-"

He was beside a vent. When they heard water gushing on the other side.

"Ok luigi just relax, There's probably nothing over there. It's just water!" Luigi looked at the vent and sighed in confidence.

He pushed the button beside Luigi's tank and out came Gooigi. Gooigi squished through the vent and went to the other side.

"Are you ok in there?!" He asked.

Gooigi gave you a thumbs up and looked around. You turned back around and looked at the stuck door.

"Hmm... Oh, I know!"

He shot a plunger at the door and pulled on the rope. The door broke and a key was seen.

"Gotcha!"

He turned around to look at the vent, you saw Gooigi come out of it.

"Find anything?" Gooigi gave him a gem.

"Hey, nice! Alright, let's get a move on!"

Luigi's button tank and Gooigi returned to the tank. Luigi opened his eyes and saw the key.

"You found the key? Great Come on!"

Gooigi and Luigi went out of the bathroom and went to the locked door. He put the key in and the door opened.

But it wasn't a two-doors type. It was a spinning one. The wind from the doors sucked in them in and both spun around and Luigi went out first and Gooigi, last.

He fell on top of Luigi.

They help each other up and walked down the hall and looked around.

"What do you think this is, Luigi?"

Luigi looked around more and turned to polterpup and gooigi.

"Looks like a mall" Luigi then GASP.

He saw a ghost patrolling the whole mall. He looked at the ghost's belt and saw the elevator button.

"he has the elevator button..! Hey Can you see what button it is.?" He asked Gooigi

He squinted your eyes but couldn't see what floor button it was.

"can't tell? It's alright"

The ghost let out a scream when he was beside a dark hall.

Luigi gasped and went back against the wall. He looked back up the stairs and the ghost was against the wall beside the dark hallway. He pointed his flashlight and went to the hall.

" l'm going to check. If he's gone ok, i'll call you if there's trouble"

Gooigi nodded and walked up the stairs and saw something glowing.

"Luigi!" Luigi looked up at you and ran to Gooigi.

"Look!" He pointed down the hall and saw something glowing.

They looked at each other and went to the glowing figure.

"It's a key! He dropped the King of Diamonds Key!That key might open one of these shops! Let's go look!I'll take the bottom shops; you take the top shops!"

Gooigi ran down the stairs and started looking around. Luigi started looking around at the top shops too. Gooigi stopped in front of one of the shops and looked around. He looked at the register. It had the same shape as the key.

He took out the key and looked at it. He looked back at the register and back at the key.

"The key doesn't open the shops; they open the register!"

Luigi ran down the stairs, "dang, How are we going to get in there?"

He thought... and thought... and thought. He had an idea.

"I got it, Gooigi you can squeeze through there!" Luigi gasped and smiled. "You go in! Give me the key!"

He went through the doors. ran to the register and opened it. Inside was the Ace of Hearts Heart key.

He saw the Heart Key and took it.

"Nice work!"

Gooigi gave Luigi a thumbs up. Luigi looked around for the register that had the heartshaped keyhole. He found it.

Inside was the Jack of Spades Key. The key was stuck inside the register. He tried pulling it out carefully, as of to not break the key.

"Easy does it now, easy does it!" He managed to get the key out without breaking it.

"Alright Let's go!"

Luigi walked to the last store. Gooigi followed him and looked at the top of the store.

"Remember; you have to use two people to open the gate" Dr E gadd says.

"......Hmm"

Luigi grabbed your vacuum and blew on the store. The weels on top of the store started turning.

Luigi took out his vacuum and started blowing on the other one. The hatch in front of the store started opening. The door opened.

"Hey! Look at that!"

Luigi gave Gooigi a high-five. Although it hit his hand all slimy.

"Ew, Use the dark-light device on the counter over there!"

Gooigi turned to the direction you were pointing and used the dark-light device.

Spirit balls flew out of the register and Gooigi sucked them in. Gooigi inserted the key and out came the Star Key.

"Nice work, Gooigi! Come on back!"

Gooigi slipped through the doors but was sprayed with water.

"Huh?! What the-" Luigi grabbed the key and looked around, confused.

"Wired..." Luigi popped open his eyes and looked around.

"Did something happen?" Dr e gadd calls.

"Yeah, Gooigi got melted away... but I don't know where the water came from"

"Oh, well. Let's just open the door up there"

Luigi started walking up the stairs, but out of nowhere, the escalator stopped.

"What- What happened?"

"| don't know. Let's just keep going"

He started walking up the stairs, but somehow it was like a treadmill.

Luigi started running up the stairs now. But it only made it worse.

As he was going up, the stairs started speeding up. He tripped on a stair getting knocked down.

"Ouch.."

"What the heck happened?!" Out of nowhere, a ghost popped out of the stairs and went to Luigi.

He gripped your flashlight and shocked the ghost. He sucked him and it was strong!

"He was an aggressive one, wasn't he? I'm surprised you two were able to catch him! He'll be a big help to my research, though! Keep up the good work, ok?"

"Will do, Professor!"

Luigi looked up the stairs and the escalators started moving again to normal.

"Come on!" Luigi started walking up the stairs and went to the door with the start keyhole. He inserted the key and opened the door slowly.
