Seth (POV)
We woke up the next morning and are about to head out back to the guild.
Chief- But miss. You deserve the reward so take it.
Erza- Thank you but your gratitude is payment enough.
Chief- That's nice but you should take the money.
Erza- I can't because your request was never officially excepted by the guild. It fell into the hands of foolish wizards trying to prove themselves.
Chief- (chuckles) Foolish as they may be, if it wasn't for them, we never would have been saved. What if I give you the money not as a reward but instead as a thank you gift? It's the least I can do after everything you've done for our village.
Seth- When you put it that way, you make hard to say no. I'm sorry but it's still no. Accepting your reward would be contrary to our guild's principles. However, we'd be happy to take the gate key you offered along with it.
We ended up getting the gate key and we sailed off from Galuna Island and back to Hargeon.
Timeskip a day and a half
We made back to magnolia and we're walking to the guild.
Natsu- We're home!
Happy- Aye sir!
Grey- I'm bummed. All that time and hard work for some lousy gate key.
Happy- Yeah and that S-class reward was big money.
Erza- Well I'm sorry but it wasn't our official job. Just be glad you got something.
Lucy- She's got a point. Now quit your complaining.
Seth- That's pretty easy for you to say. You got a reward. I honestly couldn't care less about the reward.
Erza- You're all so carefree. It's almost like you've forgotten about you face punishment when we get back to the guild.
Seth- (laughs)
Natsu- But why?
Lucy- Everything worked out in the end! Can't we just forget about the whole punishment thing?!
Seth- You're right, everything worked out. But only because Erza and I came and finished the job none of you are qualified to do.
Erza- Yes. Stealing an S-class request is a serious offense.
Lucy- We said we're sorry.
Erza- (Sigh) If you promise the you'll never do that again, then I don't think you need to be penalized by the guild. Unfortunately, I don't have any say in that matter. Your fate's in Master Makarov's hands. So I'm sure you'll be facing punishment.
Happy- Now I'm scared. You think he's gonna make us do that?
Grey- Just kill me now! I don't think I could live through that again!
Lucy- You guys are freaking me out!
Natsu- Don't let em scare ya. I'll talk the old man outta punishing us. That guy loves me.
Lucy- I don't if you should do the talking.
Seth- You can't talk your way outta this one bud. You're in some deep shit.
Erza- Good luck with that.
Natsu- (nervous chuckles and begins sweating)
I grab him by the collar and we resume walking.
Natsu- No! Save me! Not that! Anything but that! Aaaaahhhhhh!!!
Lucy- Will somebody please tell me what "that" is?! I'm totally freaking out!!
We get to the guild and I kick the door in.
Seth- We're home and we got the stragglers back!
Erza- Is master Makarov here?
Mira- You're finally back from your island getaway. So how was it? Did you have fun?
Erza- It was work. Not vacation.
Seth- All we Did is get these four and take down another one of zeref's demons.
Erza- Where is Makarov?
Macao- He went out of town for some kind of last minute council meeting or something like that. He's been gone since yesterday.
Natsu- Well that was a close one.
Grey- Yes! We won't have to deal with that until he comes back.
Happy- (anime cry) Oh thank goodness. I wasn't ready to stare into the face of death. I've still got eight more lives.
Lucy- I can't stand it anymore! You guys are really freaking me out! How's he gonna punish us?! I can't die now! I'm still young and have so much to look forward to!
ES- All of you shut up!!
Erza- Anyway Mira, do you know when the master will be back.
Mira- No, but I imagine he'll be coming back anytime now.
Erza and I turn back to the others.
Erza- Now listen up you fools. You're not getting off the hook. You broke guild rules by taking on that s-class quest. Prepare to be punished.
Seth- Hehehe this is gonna be fun.
Death God Slayer magic slow surrounds me.
Mandy- It was nice knowing y'all.
LGNH- We're so dead.
