Seth (POV)
Erza breaks free of the bending spell due to her armor being the infinity robe.
Midnight gets frustrated and starts pounding his fists in the ground.
Midnight- No! It's too late!
Seth- You're not wrong, this battle has been dragged out long enough.
Midnight- (chuckles) That's not what I meant. Too late for you two. You should've let me beat you before midnight. Before you say the true face of terror. You missed your only chance to Rest In Peace.
A demonic bell sound rings out throughout the entirety of this place.
Erza- What is that?
Jellal- Sounds like a bell.
Midnight- (gets up) Tolling the midnight hour.
A red magic symbol appears over midnight and he glows red.
Midnight- That's right. When the clock strikes midnight my powers reach their terrifying peak.
He begins to morph into this big monster

Midnight (monster)- You could've prevented this from happening.
A big red ball of his magic forms in his hands and he hits us with it causing an explosion. All three of us are littered over the rubble.
Jellal- What is he? It's not takeover magic. It's something else. Something I've never felt before.
Midnight targets Jellal and a arm comes out of the monster's mouth and it snatches up Jellal.
Midnight (monster)- Your reign was based on a lie. There was no freedom in the tower of heaven. (Eats Jellal) Even after the uprising, I was still too afraid to sleep at night.
Erza- What? You were there? All of you were there in the tower? That must've been what cobra meant.
Midnight (monster)- Don't get so smug Titānia you're just as guilty as he is.
He leaps at her and punches her but I get in the way at the last second and block his fist with one hand.
I give Midnight a death glare.
Seth- You're weak. Mystogan's illusions are a hundred times more better than this one. Ahhhh!!!!
I charge up my Holy Dragon Slayer magic as it shatters the illusion leaving a wide eyed midnight shaking.
Seth- Holy Dragon: Queen's Fist Of Light!
I rush him at amazing speed as my right fist filled with magic takes a spectral shape of my mother.

Midnight- Wait! Please! I surrender!!!
I connect with his chest and an immediate explosion takes place.

Once the light dissipates, a slumped over midnight who was in his knees spoke.
Midnight- But how? I don't understand. I was a monster I was a towering monster. My illusion failed me. You saw right through it.
Seth- Your third and final weakness is that I've faced off against perhaps the most powerful illusionist in Fiore in my opinion, Mystogan countless times. I've grown immune to illusions.
Midnight- No I've lost. But I'm the strongest one. I'm the ultimate one in the Oracion Seis. Even stronger than my father. No one could touch me. I'm supposed to be the greatest wizard that's ever lived.
Seth- Although you might be right in being the strongest in the Oracion Seis because you made me take in this form again, you laughed and mocked at other's suffering and therefore, you have a very long way until you achieve greatness. For now, you have no sympathy from me. Now rest and finally get the sleep that you've craved for so long.
He falls back onto the ground and he's out.
Seth- For those who truly desire greatness, you must know what makes you weak. Only then will you be able to live with an open heart. I turn around only to be met with a tight hug from Erza.
Erza- Thanks again for having my back.
I pull her close and I wrap my tail around us.
Seth- It was no biggie. You would've done the same for me........you know, when I said that he had no sympathy from me, that was a lie. To be honest, I feel a little bad for the Oracion Seis. I know what they've done here is bad and unforgivable but, they were all at the tower with you getting tortured and what not. They were innocent back then and all the wanted was to be free and get away from it all. With that last punch, I wanted to put him out of his misery quickly. I didn't want him suffering anymore.
Erza- Well look at you being all kind and thoughtful even towards the enemy. That's what I always liked about you.
We continue to embrace until we had to let go.
Erza- Aren't you gonna go back to normal?
Seth- Nah. Knowing my luck, we still have some more bullshit ahead of us and if I go back to normal, I probably won't be able to go back in this form.
Erza- You're Probably Right. Let's go see the others and find out how to stop this thing.
Seth- Sounds good.
We help Jellal up and head towards the central of this place.
