Author's Notes: I'm sorry these chapters seem rather small so far I'm having trouble expanding the chapters to 600+ words which would at least feel appropriate compared to a mere 400+ words but it should be easier once I get past a few set pieces and start developing the world.

The cheers of one jovial goat had the entire Kingdom talking, the fool had run through the market place screaming “Freedom at last!” the people couldn't help but gossip having been so enraptured by his sudden change in demeanor, the Prince was known for his jovial party attitude that was until his last birthday after the celebration he had lost his smile and no longer drank in joy but sorrow, he would lock himself within his study reading books brought by the few trusted traders who have explored the outside world, needless to say the smile returning to his face and the words he screamed caused quite a stir, the Courts were swarmed with inquiries asking about the Prince leading the King himself to abruptly silence the crowd declaring an answer tomorrow at high noon much to the disappointment of the crowd who soon dispersed, the King sighed looking at the ground solemnly “Sir, is everything okay?” an armor clad deer asked using the butt of his spear to propel himself forward like a walking stick appearing next to the King a moment later “It's fine...it's fine, just thinking how I'm to break the news about Adarius.” the King said waving dismissively, the guard perked up at the Prince's name “I don't mean to pry Sir, but what do you mean?” the guard asked eyeing the King suspiciously “Damn guess it slipped... Fine I'll tell you, but you are bound to secrecy.” The King said looking up at the guard with a scowl, the guard was shocked by the King's demeanor yet remained steadfast, the King stared at him before letting loose another large sigh looking past the guard into the distance “I gave him his freedom... He will leave...” the King spoke briefly refusing to meet the guard's eyes, the guard was absolutely astonished by this new and yet could help but feel saddened hearing the despair in his King's voice “I understand...” The guard said softly walking past the King giving him a pat on the back before stopping and turning to him “Sir, I have faith in the Kingdom and Adarius, I ask you to cast aside your worries if I must take up more responsibilities to calm your mind I will...” the guard said in a caring manner “I appreciate it, Faustus Lepontus...” the King said a smile slowly spreading across his face before shuffling off Lepontus in tow
