I'm back with another fanfic! Yay!

This one is just the beginning. And it's a bit of a teaser for part one~

Well, let's begin!

Like I said, this might be short...so yeah. :3

~ Nagisa's POV ~

"Good morning, class!" Korosensei hollered.

"Morning, sensei~" we all replied.

It was just another perfectly fine and normal school day...well, for us, at least. Because I'm sure no one else has a tentacled octopus as a teacher that also flies at the speed of Mach 20.

"Well, I have an announcement to make. Just for fun. Well, this event is just for fun."

He took out a suitcase packed with mics.

Where is he going with this?

"Class-E is holding its very first karaoke party! And Sensei is the host. I will give you guys all a chance to sing a song...it's optional, but it's suggested."

"Wait, wait. We could sing anything?" Nakamura asked.

"Well, of course it has to be school appropriate."

"Alrighty."

"Anyway, we'll be having the party tomorrow, so make sure you don't lose your voice!"

The class was a little shocked that it was tomorrow. I mean, why does he have to tell us now?

"We'll probably be there for the whole day. Maybe. It depends on who's going to sing. Well, let's get started with the school day!"

Everyone groaned and sighed in response. Wow, did these people not like school a lot.

"Sensei will take attendance. First..."

I kinda blocked out his voice for a second.

Of all kinds of parties, why does it have to be karaoke? Do I even sing well?

I was unsure. Was I going to sing... or not?

"Nagisa," someone whispered.

I looked at Kaede. She smiled softly and asked me something.

"Are you gonna sing something tomorrow?"

"I don't really know yet..."

"If we're singing competitively, then I'm gonna be the one who scores. After all, I love karaoke scoring."

"Oh, yeah, you do. I remember that."

"Heehee. Can't wait to see what song you'll sing if you decide to!"

It was more of a whisper-scream, but it was still quiet. We went back to listening to Korosensei taking attendance and trying to listen for our name. Or, at least Kaede did.

I still thought about whether I should sing. I could find out whether I'm good at it or not, or I could just participate for fun. I dunno.

As my mind drifted away from that question, I encountered another one.

Is Kaede going to sing?

I also wonder if her singing is adorable... just like her.
