A man dressed in a lab coat rushes through the halls apologizing as he weaved his way through its occupants. Some of which were dressed in the same outfit as him and others dressed in military outfits with their weapons in plain view for everyone to see.

The man quickly takes a sharp right and slams shoulder first into the wall. But he pays no attention to this and quickly reaches his destination. He bursts into a room practically covered in darkness save for the dim light showing a podium.

Quickly collecting himself he made his way to the podium while muttering an apology.

" Sorry for the wait, I'll get right into it. As of 0900 hours yesterday an unexpected incident occurred. Said incident being the disappearance of two safe class anomalies, one keter class and... An apollyon thaumiel. The safe being Scp 131 and Scp 999. Keter being Scp 682 and the apollyon thaumiel being Scp 9732. "

He stopped and looked into the darkness, hoping to get some sort of reaction but all he got was silence. Undeterred he continues his report clearly stating what they knew and what they did not know. As soon as he finished he heard a sound and saw a pic of paper being moved towards him by a silhouette. It simply stated;

' Has It awoken? '

He paused as he stared hard at the piece of paper in front of him. His hands tightened as beads of sweat made their way down his face effortlessly. Finally, he looked up and gave an answer, his voice almost a whisper as he did.

" We...we don't know. "

Another paper made his way to him with one word written boldly on it;

' Leave. '

And with that he quickly made his way out not wanting to argue with the all so feared Overseer Council.

As he made his way back one thought rang through his mind;
