Many people were at the concert, I'd say roughly around 30,000.

I was extremely nervous, Usher was almost near the end of his final song.

I have to go to the back of the stage now, or I'll miss it.

"I'm going to the bathroom, Serena" I said to her.

She nodded, I walked...but that walk turned into a run, hearing the song come to it's final words.

"Shit!" I started to speed to the back stage, thankfully I made it just in time.

I went through to the backroom, a man gave me a earpiece that had a small microphone come out of it, almost like an xbox headset, but only with half of it missing.

I took a deep breath and listened to Usher's words.

"So, as you all know I'm retiring after this, but I believe that once one ends, another begins! I'd like you all to meet...ASH KETCHUM!" He shouted.

I walked out onto the stage, I walked over to Usher and shook his hand with a huge smile.

"Now, I want you all to be nice to, Ash" He laughed.

I laughed a little too.

"This boy right here is very talented, his voice is amazing. I want you all to hear the voice of the next SUPERSTAR!" He shouted while walking off stage.

A couple of men walked out and placed a two stools next to me and passed me the acoustic guitar.

I sat down on the stool and looked at the 30,000 people.

I inhaled, "Okay, I wrote this song for someone who special to me, her name is Serena Yvonne!" I shouted with passion

The entire crowd screamed, they must've thought it was cute.

"Bring her out!" I fist pumped.

I looked over to my left to Serena being secured onto the stage, she looked surprised. She had no clue this would happen, she sat down on the stool that was facing me.

Her eyes gleamed into mine.

I took a deep breath, I started to play the guitar (PLAY THE SONG ABOVE^) 

No one had any idea what I was going to sing, not even Gary.

I finished the song, panting heavily.

I didn't look anywhere else besides Serena's eye, she just stared at me, she moved her hand to her heart.

I moved my hand off the guitar and looked towards the audience, silence was in the air.

My fear of them not liking it started to crawl up my spin until...

"OH MY GOD!" I heard one person scream, but then they all screamed, I heard many things that boosted my confidence, at this moment I believed there was more good than bad.

They all screamed my name, I felt myself go a deep red. I didn't know how to act.

I looked back at Serena and she was crying.

"S-Serena?" My microphone was turned off.

I put the guitar down on the floor and looked at her.

She tackled me into a hug, "This was the best gift ever, Ash"

Her voice was muffled because her face was buried in my jacket.

"Ash Ketchum!" I heard them all shout many times.

The nervousness was completely gone at this point, this was the perfect setting for me.

Everyone so loving, happy, no worries and most of all the person who means most to me right by my side.

I sat up and looked at him. "N-No, why else would I be here if it was?" I put my hand on my chin.

"There's still  chance, Ash. I looked through many interviews she had, all the questions about you, she blushes." He says.

"I want my normal life back, forget the fame." I look back at the clock.

"She's apart of your normal life?" He says.
