Someone once said, “Warriors are not born, but are made. They create themselves… through trials and errors, pains and sufferings, and their ability to conquer their own faults.”

There’s a warrior in all of us. All we need is incessant effort and the zeal to bring that warrior out in front of the world. And for us, writers, our pen is the mighty sword that holds the power to make someone feel. The words we write pack tremendous power and punch. Our words can encourage and inspire, can transform someone’s sadness into a smile, and can connect a reader to a character like none other.

Here, in THE WARRIORS OF INK Contest, we are joining our hands together to help each other grow and evolve into a better version of our present self. So, without further ado, let’s begin.

✨ What is the contest about?

# THE WARRIORS OF INK is being jointly hosted by Stella (GS_Stella Ink_Lover) and Asmi (asmi944)

# This contest will be organized in sets of twenty days each in which writing tasks will be give to you, but of course with a little twist in tale that will be revealed later. The whole set will be divided into two parts:

~ First ten days will be given to the contestants for filling up the forms and submitting their write-ups.

~ And the next ten days will be for judging and announcement of the results.

# But what makes this contest different from others?

In all the four years of my writing career, I have participated in a lot of contests and awards and what I have noticed is that most often the newcomers don’t get much of a chance. Either, they become victim of favoritism or are overshadowed by the writers who have been writing for a comparatively longer time and are much more experienced.

THE WARRIORS OF INK Contest aims to reach out to as much writers as it can. And for that purpose, we have divided the contestants in three categories:

~ 0-2 years: For those writers who have just started writing or have been writing for less than two years.

~ 2-4 years: For writers who have been writing for more than two years but less than four years.

~ More than 4 years: For writers who have been writing for more than four years.

And we’ll be having Achievers in each of the three categories. Yes, the highest scorer of each category will be titled the ‘ACHIEVER’.
