The Loud sisters were still huddled together when Lori noticed a group of police officers come towards them. 

"I need the oldest of you to turn around and place your hands behind your back." A police officer said which made them all gasp in shock. While a scary revelation hit Lori since some of them are adults which meant they are accountable for what they did.

"NO. Please don't take our older sisters away." Lola begged while the officer looked on before sighing.

"Your sisters are adults. As adults, they are held accountable to the law and should know better than to kick their younger brother out of the house." The officer said as the officers surrounded the older sisters and placed their hands behind their backs.

"What about our younger sisters?" Lori asked.

"They will be taken to juvenile hall where they'll remain until they are sentenced after your trial." The officer said making the sisters look at each other with seldom looks on their faces. This was it. The beginning of the end for their family and they knew that no one would support them once word gets out of their brother's death due to their negligence and abuse.  

"L..Lori. I don't want to be sent to juvie." Lola said before she broke down into sobs. She hated that this was going to be the end of everything. Her normal life, her dreams...all disappeared due to her choice of listening to Lynn. However, she couldn't ignore her actions as well seeing as her caused her brother to suffer towards the end.

"It'll be okay Lola. Everything will be fine." Lori said. She knew that her words were basically false and that nothing will be okay, but she had to say something to comfort her sister. Even if this would be the last time that she'll see her until the trial. As she saw her younger sisters, escorted to the cop car...Lori tried to remain brave, but it was difficult since she was being taken to jail and her sisters were being separated.

As she sat in the police van, she looked at her three younger sisters. They didn't belong in a prison cell where who knows what can happen to them. She can just imagine having someone beat one of her sisters down or even.....

She stopped herself from thinking about that. Her sisters were all strong independent women...they can handle anything. Besides, they will be together inside so everything will be fine.

TWO HOURS LATER 

Lori was in one of the seats in the lobby as she waited on her sisters to get finished processing. She tried not to look at the TV since she knew that it showcased what her and her family did to Lincoln. Oh. She can imagine the devastation that Bobby's going through due to the passing of his honorary little brother. Eventually, he would come here and break up with her...but knew that he had to comfort Ronnie Anne first. 

"Sigh...Things are going to get extremely difficult." Lori said to herself before she noticed her mother sitting on one of the seats and went to sit next to her.

"Mom?" Lori said. Rita looked up from her hands and was shocked to see her daughter here as well.

"Lori? What are you doing here?" Rita said.

"They arrested us too. Luan, Luna, Lynn and I are here too while Lola, Lana, and Lisa are at juvie hall." Lori said which only saddened Rita more.

"This is a total nightmare. First my baby boy is gone and now...my daughters are in jail and juvie hall. If only I did something than maybe..." Rita said before Lori cut her off.

"Don't blame yourself. Everyone had a hand in what happened and we shouldn't make excuses. Sure things will be difficult now, but we can make it through...together." Lori said which made Rita smile a bit before they were joined by Luan and Luna. 

"Lori. Will things eventually get better?" Luan asked. Lori paused and slowly turned towards her sisters and said:

Yes.
