Hatter has been carrying Julia for a few hours now. Since she fell asleep he still hasn't found a safe place for them to sleep tonight. In the distance he see a town on fire and gunshots going off. He knew the Red army are doing a purge.

(A purge is when a town refuse to pay taxes or kills The collectors. So the army comes in and kills everyone. Sending a message to other towns.)

Hatter sighs and continues walking and on his left he see a white building. He walks closer to it. It was a chapel, he then whispers to Julia. "Wake up little one"

Julia yawns "yes Mr. Hatter" she asked

Hatter: sets her down "we're here."

Julia: nods and rubs her eyes

Hatter leads Julia over to the chapel.

Julia: "Mr. Hatter why are we here? Yawns"

Hatter: "because my dear a church is the perfect place to be. From the horrors of the night."

Hatter knocks on the door two times.

With that the door slowly opens showing a old man with a gray bread.

Preacher: "are you a Judas sir?"

Hatter: "hmm no my names Hatter not Judas."

Preacher: see Julia "come on in"

The preacher opens the door and leads the two into the chapel.

Preacher: "this place is a safe heaven from the sinners and malcontents."

The chapel had a few candle lit and a few pews.

Preacher: "make yourself at home, all is welcome in gods house." Walks to a back room

Julia: "Mr Hatter I don't feel right near that man."

Hatter: "it's ok Julia he's just a preacher and preacher are always bit odd."

Hours later.

Julia and Hatter were fast asleep sleeping by a table.

Julia wakes up and walks around the chapel and can't find the preacher. She remembered he went into the back room. She walks over to it and opens it and see a lit room. She quickly see a Shotgun and boxes of shells on a table.

Julia backs away and looks out the window and see the preacher dragging something. she looks closer and see it's a body. She yelps and to her horror the preacher is looking right at her. She runs over to Hatter and yells trying to wake him up.

Julia: "Mr Hatter wake up!"

Hatter: Yawns What is it Julia?"

Julia: "the preacher man he's-

Before she could finish the back door swung open and there stood the preacher holding a shotgun.

Hatter: gets up "everything ok Preacher?"

The preacher loads the shotgun

Preacher: "they say every man and woman can sin. Like my Ma and Dad. I gave them gods justices. I also believe that even children can sin." Pumps his shotgun.

Hatter: grabs Julia and ducks behind a pew

The preacher shoots at the pew

Preacher: "you will be punished by the lord!" Pumps the shotgun and fires again

Hatter: "Ok Julia when I say run, run ok?"

Julia: whimpers and nods

The preacher starts to walk over to the pew

Preacher: "Judgment comes for everyone!"

He looks behind the pew and doesn't see anyone

Hatter: "now!" hits the preacher with a book

Preacher: falls down

Julia: runs outside

Julia runs behind a tree and looks at the chapel. She then hears gunshots, she whimpers and Hope Hatter is Ok.

Then the shooting stops.

Inside the chapel.

Preacher: crawling on the ground with a knife in his back. "You will be forsaken in hell for hurting a man of the lord!!"

Hatter: grabs the shotgun "if your a man of the lord preacher. I rather be a sinner than a saint." Aims

Preacher: "no!!"

Hatter shoots the preacher and drops the shotgun and walks over to the door. He walks out and see Julia running over to him. He embraces her in a hug.

Julia: "Is the bad m-man g-gone."

Hatter: "yes my dear he is gone he won't hurt anyone again."

With that Hatter and Julia walk away from the chapel and into the woods.
