So... I don't know how to start this actually... Long time no see? I hope you're all well. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I think it's been 3 years (if not more) since I last published a part in this story. So hurray! (Not) We beat the 10 month gap between writing a chapter, tsk. I've been leaving you all in suspense from the last chapter, my apologies heh... You've got to forgive me though, I'm Ben after all. <3 Anyway! I've decided that it's been long enough, and I'm going to write chapter 4 for you all  right now. I hope you enjoy reading, and if you do please vote, comment and follow me if you haven't already. Chapter 4

Everything went silent.

Jane looked over at Jeff, and then saw Sally laying there on the floor; slowly soaking in blood... Jeff stands there, frozen. He's completely in shock from what he has just done. "S-Sally...?" Jane spoke softly, staring down at her lifeless body.  Jeff started to cry loudly, constantly apologizing for what he had just done. "I'm so sorry... I'm so sorry... I-I didn't want to, but I had to kill her... I-t was the only way..." He said, sniffling.

Jane slowly lifted her head up, so that she was directly facing Jeff. At first she didn't speak, and just stared at him; sadness written all over her face. "W-we're... so over..." She said, slowly walking off.

"No please, baby, wait!" He shouted, whilst pacing after her. She just ignored him, and continued to walk. "Baby, please! I love you so much, please don't do this to me! You know I had to kill her, it was the only way - she was infected!" He tries to grab her arm, but she quickly shrugs him off. "LEAVE ME THE FUCK ALONE!" she squeals. turning to him. Tears are just pouring down her cheeks. "I-I can't believe you would do such a thing to a little, innocent girl... WHAT KIND OF MONSTER ARE YOU?! SHE WAS OUR FAMILY, WE WERE SUPPOSED TO PROTECT HER! I HATE YOU! I HATE YOU I HATE YOU I HATE YOU!!!" She screams, pushing Jeff over and running away completely.

Jeff breaks down and curls up into a little ball on the floor. Everyone else is in too much shock to even say anything. Ben slowly walks over to Jeff, and kneels down beside him. "...It'll be okay, dude" Ben spoke, as he put his arm around his friend. "I-I was just forced to kill my sister, and lost my girlfriend because of it, and you think everything is going to 'be okay'...?" He spoke, his voice  very unsteady. "Jane is just upset, she'll get over it, I'm sure..." Ben said, concerned about how Jeff is acting. "Did... Did you just say she'll 'get over it'...?" The black haired boy asked, sounding very confused. "Well, yeah... Just give her some time..." Benny replied, not really making a huge deal out of it.

Jeff quietly start to laugh, whilst Ben just looks at him very confused. "Jeff...?" The small elf boy spoke. Jeffrey calmly lifts his head and stares at Ben, not saying a single word. His eyes were still watering, but he wasn't making any sound.

"C-Can... we go to my room? ..Just the two of us? I don't like showing people that I'm upset, so... Please...?" Jeff asked quietly, so no one else would hear what he had just said. Ben just nodded, as he helped Jeff up off the ground. They both walked back to the mansion, and up to Jeff's room.

Once they had both walked inside, Jeff sneakily locked the door without Ben noticing. "Thank you for agreeing to stay with me..." Jeff spoke, whilst walking over to his bed and plonking himself down on to his bed. "It's no problem, dude. You know I'm always here for you, bros for life and all, right?" The blonde elf replied, walking over to the bed. Jeff then pulls Ben onto the bed and hugs him tightly. "Heh... bros for life..." Jeff copied, now even stroking Ben's fluffy hair. Ben just stares straight ahead, very confused. "Erm... Jeff...? Are you alright...?" Ben questioned. "Shh, Ben... Don't speak..." The dark eyed boy whispered into his ear, moving his hand over to the blonde boy's cheek and stroking it softly. Ben looks straight into Jeff's eyes, kind of freaked out, not knowing what to do.

Ben quickly stands up and walks over to the door, putting his hand on the doorknob. He tries to turn it, to no avail. "Ah ah ah, don't try to leave, elfy..." Jeff spoke softly, following after him, now holding onto Ben's arm. "Why is the door locked...?" Ben asked, not understanding what is even going on. "Because I want to spend some time with you..." Jeff spoke, chuckling softly. "But... you didn't need to lock the door... I am spending time with you, aren't I...?" Ben asked, tilting his head a little. "So why did you just get up and try to leave then?" Jeff said, now staring at Ben. "Erm... Well... I, Uh..." Ben stuttered, trying to think of an excuse. Jeff sighed. "Oh Benjamin... Oh Poor poor Benjamin... I didn't want to have to do this, but you really leave me with no choice..." Jeff smirked, opening his bedside drawer, but still holding onto Ben's arm. Ben pushes Jeff off and runs to the other side of the room and to the window, which he quickly tries to open. Jeff then swiftly grabs something from inside the drawer, and chases after Ben. He grabs Ben and throws him on to the bed, pinning him down. "Get off! You don't scare me!" Ben shouts, as Jeff then covers the elf's mouth with his hand. "Oh really...?" The dark eyed guy spoke, smirking menacingly. Jeff then produced a needle from his pocket which was filled with some sort of fluid. Ben's eyed widened with fear when he saw the injection, as he tried to scream and get Jeffrey off him. "Love ya, Benny boy, but I think it's time for you to go to sleep..." He laughed as he injected the fluid from the needle into Ben's neck...
