Negation over Knowledge: By controlling, the perception of the person, he can negate and control the knowledge of someone negating it, making the person lose information they have. 

Distortion of Awareness: when, he's around people, who try to attack at light speed, he distorts their awareness, causing them, to miss or crash into, the mountains or buildings. 

Perception of time: when he activates his full abilities, he's causing people's perception of time to be messed with leading to people, feeling slow their minds going all over the place, and attacking their allies.
