Great moon.

Giant, big, but

Hardly noticed.

Controlling the tides,

Keeping the world at bay.

People think it's made of cheese;

Believing the old fairy-tales.

Some just don't see it floating there. It

Fades into the background, invisible.

Drastic changes affect and wreck the earth.

The moon being very close; looming

Above all heads in the morn' and

Evening sky. Now everyone

Sees it. Horrible things

Occur day and night;

Never again,

Shall the world

Be the

Same.
