Optimus was walking down the sidewalk to his destination. He was going to confess to Elita his feelings for her. He waited a long time for this moment. He and Elita have known each other since they were kids. He discovered that he loved her when he was 13 years old. He was hoping that his hopes were true.

"Orion!" Optimus turned to see Elita in front of him waving. He must've had his head down while he was walking. Optimus smiled and walked towards her. "You do realize that no one calls me that anymore right?"

"I know, but I like it better." Elita said with a smile. "So what made you decided to come talk to me?" Optimus could feel the sweat oil coming down his forehead. "Um....well, I um..."

"Elita!" Both Optimus and Elita turned to see a former autobot with heels. It was Starscream. Elita frowned. "What do you want Starscream?"

"What do you mean 'what do I want'? I want you." Starscream said as he got closer. Too close. Optimus tried really hard not to smack him right in the face. Elita slightly pushed him away. "Look Starscream, it's over between us, we're through." Elita replied as she held on to Optimus's arm. Starscream begin to frown as well. If he can't make her go with him nicely, then he'll do it the hard way. "I'm not giving up that easy." he said as he begin to grab onto Elita's arm firmly. "Hey, let me go!" That was it. Optimus couldn't take it anymore and punched Starscream right in the faceplate.

Starscream fell to the ground and rubbed his head. "Grrrr, blasted autobot. You think you can protect everyone?"

"No, but I know that I can kill you right now." Optimus said as he held Elita close. Starscream rolled his optics and walked away stumbling a little. "Ugh, these blasted heels." he muttered and was soon out of sight.

Once he was gone, Elita hugged Optimus tightly. "Thank you Orion." Optimus smiled and hugged her back. When, the hug was broken, Elita said, "So what did you wanna tell me?" Optimus widen his optics. He completely forgot that he requested for her to come here. "Um...well, you know how we were friends since school right?"

"Yes."

"Well, I wanted to tell you this for a while."

"What is it?" Optimus inhaled and exhaled slowly. "I love you Elita." Elita's optics immediately went wide. She started to feel a sudden burst of heat in her chest that rose up to her face. "Look, I understand if you don't wanna be-" Before Optimus could finish his sentence, he felt a pair of lips touching his own. It was Elita's.

When the kiss was broken, Elita smiled and looked into Optimus's eyes. "I love you too." Optimus felt is faceplate boil. He was blushing. A lot. Elita chuckled which made him blush even more. "I'll see you tomorrow." Elita said as she walked away.

Optimus stared into nothingness for a while until a huge smile appeared on his face. "I'm. In. Love."
