Branch POV

I'm starting to think Creek isn't so bad. I mean maybe... he just didn't want to die. But that is pretty selfish. Heroes would either, find another not getting eaten way or die for the sake of others. Creek didn't choose any of those. So technically he is a villain. But I've acted sort of villainous, hating and unhappy in my life... so why does he, a person who had more happiness and trust from Poppy (even loving Poppy so), become the bad guy. And me become the good guy. I asked Poppy this.  "Poppy, if Creek has been mainly happy and good throughout his whole life how did he become the bad guy.

Poppy's POV

I answered hesitantly. "Well, Creek was the chosen victim and did what he did so he ended up being the bad guy. While you were prepared and stayed in your bunker and... you saved me from  spiders and sang to me first after all those years, me being the main heroine. And Branch... thanks for breakfast..." He said, "You're welcome." Then he got some supplies.
