Title--- The Ball

Question--- Why did Max have Buddy find the ball?

Answer--- Buddy is a responsible dog.

Evidence--- Max's other friends.

Theory--- When Max lost his ball, he turned to Buddy to find it. He saw Buddy as being one of the most responsible amongst his small group of friends. Chloe, though responsible, probably told him no. Mel... not exactly the person Max was looking for. Sweetpea was probably the same way as Chloe but no one can tell cuz nobody speaks parakeet that well. Norman was lost. Gidget's across the street. Leonard... just no. Buddy was up for the task out of anyone.
