Dadi: Accha, tumhare saath Anika aur Shivaay bhi aayenge, humaari taraf se

Myra: Arre Dadi, aapko taqleef lene ko zaroorat nahi hai. Hum chalte jaayenge.

Anika: Arre aise kaise? Waise bhi, Maine kaafi dino se shaadi nahi dekhi Hai.

Myra: Theek hai

Dadi: Arre, Om ko bhi saath bhej de? Myra tum dono ke beech ajeeb mehsoos karegi na?

Myra: Arre nahi--

Shivaay: Perfect idea hai Dadi. Om, tum bhi saath chaloge Mangni ke liye

Om: Please bhaiyya, mujhe koi interest nahi hai

[Gauri's (Myra) eyes meet Om's angry gaze. Om and Gauri hadn't spoken for over a week. They had a lot to say, but somehow couldn't.]

[The day flew by, and before anyone knew it; it was time for Chotu's engagement! Myra changed into a backless anarkali suit, while Shivaay and Anika dressed in color coordinated outfits. As Om walked downstairs, his eyes fell on Gauri. He was unable to understand the expression behind her eyes.]

[The car arrives and Myra hesitantly sits in Om's car. The car drive is seemingly silent and... awkward.]

Myra: (fake coughs) aap gaadi mein gaane nahi sunte ho?

Om: Nahi

Myra: Kyun? Arre, abhi radio mein kamaal ke gaane honge

Om: Hone do

Myra: Yeh aap aise jawaab kyun de rahe hai? Hain? Ka kiya hai humne? Batayie!

Om: Tum please chup reh sakti ho?

Myra: Nahi rahenge! Pichle ek hafte se ek kone mein khade hokar hume ullu ki tarah aise ghoor ke dekh rahe ho jaise humne koi paap kiya hai!

Om: Tumne mujhe ullu bulaya?

Myra: Haan, bulaya! Gussa kis baat par hai? Aap aise jab dekhte ho na, tab insaan dar ke maare mar jayega!

Om: Main confused hoon! Samjhi? Tumhaari baat par yakeen karoon ya nahi, iss problem mein hoon!

Myra: Kya farak padta hai? Aapko sirf yeh raaz chupaane ko kaha tha, lekin aap toh iss par itna soch rahe hain jaise yeh humaari nahi, aapki samasya Hai! Aap chodiye na! Meri zindagi hai, meri samasya hai!

Om: (Angrily) Tum--Gah! Kya problem hai tumhara? Bolo?

Myra: Problem humaara nahin, aapka Hain! Dekhiye, yeh meri samasya hai. Aap plij door rahiye iss sab se

Om: (To himself) Door hi nahi reh paa raha hoon, yehi toh problem hai!

Myra: ka kahaan aapne?

Om: (Angrily)Kuch nahi!

(Turning on the radio aggressively) Yeh Lo! Suno apna bakwaas!

Myra: (To herself) Iss Khadoos ke saath baithne se behtar Hai ki main zeher peeke mar jaoon! Uff!

[The rest of the car ride was quiet, mainly because Om and Myra were too angry to talk]

*At the engagement function*

Myra: (Rushing towards Chotu) Chotu! Aaye haye! Ekdum hero ki tarah lag raha hai!

[Myra then walks towards Chotu's bride, with Om, Anika and Shivaay behind her]

Mere chotu ko khush rakhna, Haan?

Bride: (Blushing) Ji didi

Anika: Haye, EkDum khidkitod jodi Hai dono ki! Nahin?

Shivaay: (Whispering in Anika's ear) Bilkul hamaari tarah, kyun?

Anika: (Blushing) Shivaay...

[After the engagement was endless song and dance, in which Anika and Myra danced their hearts out. Myra, for the first time, found a friend and family in someone. In Anika. Om, on the other hand stood afar, and silently observed her. How could someone be so happy, despite suffering so much? A mere breakup shattered Om, and here was Myra, dancing like she had no worry in the world. What was she made of?]

*After the engagement ceremony*

Anika: Haye! Kya kamaal ka engagement tha na?

Myra: Haan didi, hum to itne saal baad khul ke nach rahe Hai!

Anika: (Hugging Myra) Pata nahi kyun, lekin aisa lagta hai ki tum meri choti behen ho!

Myra:(Surprised) J-ji, hume bhi aisa lagta hai!

Anika: Hamaara Omkie Tumhe ghar Chod dega, theek hai?

Myra: Ji didi. Shukriya

[Anika and Shivaay leave and Om and Myra walk towards the car. As Myra sat, she noticed a flood of tears exiting her eyes. Her mind continuously plays Anika's words.

Pata nahi kyun, lekin aisa lagta hai ki tum meri choti behen ho!

She missed her sister. Her Naina Didi. But for some reason, she felt like she got her sister back, In the form of Anika]

Myra: (Crying) D-didi shaadi ke baad jab pehli baar ghar aayi, tab mujhe pata nahi tha ki woh itna kuch seh chuki thi. Jab unhone apne badan se duppata hataaya, tab pata chala ki Unke pati kitne bade raakshas Hai. Unhone didi ko belt se maara, dande se maara, garam lohe se jalaaya a-a-aur chacha-chachi? Woh kehte the "beta, Sab theek ho jayega".

M-m-meri didi, tadap tadap kar Mari!Tadap tadap kar! Aur woh shaitaan, woh kameena? SHER KI TARAH BAAHAR GHOOM RAHA HAI! Aisa kyun hota hai? Kyun iss duniya mein hamesha burai ki jeet hoti Hai?

[Om was silent, but he continuously kept looking Myra, hoping that she'd stop crying. Her tears made him uncomfortable. Within a few minutes, the car stopped in front of her house. She wiped her tears and was about to step out when she felt something hold her hand. She turned to see Om looking at her, but there was no emotion in his eyes]

Om: Sab theek ho jayega

[ Gauri exited the car and as she walked home, a small smile appeared on her.

Sab theek ho Jayega

For some reason, she was relieved. Maybe everything would be okay.]
