A/N: Short Savannah/Brett Chapter!

Savannah's P.O.V.

"I'm scared." I told him as we stood on the cliff of Beacon Hills. He sighed as he placed a hand on my cheek. "Everything will be okay, Savannah. I promise. You have a pack of your own and your close to becoming an Alpha. I know you're gonna make it through this." he told me. "How could you possibly know that when there's a bunch of assassins running around killing supernaturals?' I asked him. "I just do." he replied.

"Everything is so complicated. I just found out Peter is my biological father and that my family wasn't my family. Scott and the others lied to me and my sister. My pack needs me, but I don't know what to do." I told him. "I'm not fearless. I'm terrified. I act like I know what I'm doing, but I don't. I don't know anything!" I sobbed as I broke down. Brett pulled me close to him and wrapped his arms around me.

I clutched his leather jacket as I sobbed into his shoulder and he rubbed my back, soothing me with his sweet and loving words. "Shhhh. It's okay. I'm right here. I will make sure nothing happens to you." he told me. I looked up at him and smiled. He the made the move to capture my lips in his. I responded by cupping the sides of his face and he moment his teeth nibbled on my lip, a whole new feeling washed over me. Soon, the passionate and gentle kiss was replaced by a heated make-out session. Soon, we were both on the ground, his body hovering over mine.

"Brett." I said as his lips attacked my neck with kisses. "Yeah?" he replied. "If I were to die from all this, I would want to die in your arms so I wouldn't die a painful death." I told him. "Hey, don't talk like that. I won't let you die. No matter what the assassins try to do, they will have to get through me first. Nobody or nothing will ever come close to you as long as I'm here.

"It's somewhat like a Purge going on with the deadpool and such." I told him. Brett chuckled as the full moon finally came out from the clouds. Soon, his beautiful eyes turned into their Beta golden yellow color. I responded by flashing my eyes the same way, only they were blue. Cold, steel blue eyes that had taken innocent lives and held a little darkness in them gazed into the brilliant, golden yellow eyes that showed innocence, and not a hint of darkness in them.

Soon enough, Brett was in his wolf form and I was in my coyote form. He took my clawed hand in his as I rested my head on his shoulder. "Savannah, can I ask you something?" he asked. "Sure." I replied. "I decided to make this for you." he told me as he held out a beautiful ring. "You made this?" I asked. He nodded. "It's a promise ring. This shows you that I promise I will always be by your side. Even when you will finally become annoyed with me, I won't leave your side under any circumstances." he explained.

I smiled as I hugged him tightly and he responded. We both looked up at the full moon shining down on us. Man, I hope we get through this safely.
