ENTER WITH CAUTION.

It was all pitch dark, I swear if I had not had my vitamins A when I was young I wouldn't be able to see through this darkness, now. At this moment I regret my past two decisions but obviously no point sulking right? But who would have thought that a simple observation would bring us here.

"R-ragu?" I heard a faint whisper.

"Sshhhhh!!" I whispered back.

Now wasn't the time to take a step back when we were already in the lion's den.

The silence felt eerie, strange. The only light adorning our darkful sin was the moonlight. I couldn't help but wish that the lights would get onn. It was a power only I had, still conscience.

The darkness helped no good, we continue moving here and there in search of evidences. It was our turn. The first slot was unsuccessful too and we were on the verge.

Hands shivering, teeth clattering, small footsteps, and deep breaths. Only sounds we could hear.

"I-i sw-ear Rragu. Lets go b-back." This time another shrill voice said.

I knew who it belonged too.

But how can we go back? When we are this far? Just turn back?

Okay maybe we could do that.

"Okay. I am going to switch onn the lights. They'll know we accepted defeat." I announced.

Taking a flash light I moved towards the electric switch.

So that means no one could prove anything today. Good. But what if that complaint was actually real? What if..we are intruding in their personal space. What if we actually see..

I switched onn the plug but to greatest horror possible the lights didn't switch on. We just used the lights an hour ago. What happened? Seeing outside the glass window the whole area had lights that means only this floor

I quickly fasten my pace and moved towards the already terrified group.

Swara, Tia, Neha.

Okay?

"See, don't get scared okay? But the lights aren't getting switched on." I calmly inform them when they burst into screams.

"Shh!! Shh!! Shhh!!"

And again the room was surrounded by silence.

"See, we aren't alone here. You all remember right. Maybe it was the other gang who played this prank okay? Rela-"

Gumanaam Hai Koi, Badanaam Hai Koi
Kis Ko Khabar, Kaun Hai Vo, Anajaan Hai Koi

"Aaaaaaaaaahh!!!!!!" The girls screamed.

"Shsh!! Arrey buddhuo this the opposite team's prank on us. Why are you all so scared?" I tried to calm them down.

This opposite team members. What do they think of themselves??

We all were standing when we saw some footsteps, running ones. And then suddenly we had flashlight shoved on our faces.

"What are you all doing?" I asked squinting my eyes because of the light.

"What us? This is your teams fault. It was our chance to prank you all and to make you all more scared right? Why did you play that song!!" Exclaimed Laksh.

Infront of me were Laksh, bhai, Samir bhai and Rohan. Their faces had horrified looks resembling ours.

"You all didn't play the song?" I asked as I gulped audibly.

Beside me the girl gang gave a huge scream.

"N-no?" Bhai answered.

Thats it we all ran to the male team screaming.

While Swara held Bhai's arm, Neha and Tia hid themselves behind Rohan and Samir. While I went to hold Laksh's arm.

"That means you all also did-nn't play?" Rohan asked stammering.

We all are gone. Completely.

We all frantically shaked our heads in a no.

To our best fate, the flashlights we all were holding started flickering.

"S-sanskaa-r, wwhat iss hap-pening??" Swara asked asked completely terrified.

"We have angered her. By coming her during her me time." Tia stated. Her voice devoid of any emotions.

What?

"Tia what are you-"

"I am saying the truth. I have seen these types of movies yaar. We did a mistake coming in her area tonight." She continued.

Neha and Swara were already on the verge of crying while I had my nails dug in Laksh's arm.

Everyone was scared. I could hear shivering from all the males as well. They were just better in hiding it.

"If thats the case..then T-t-tia whaat s-shshould we do?" Neha stammered, she was already half fainted but was held up by Rohan.

"There is this mantra. We all should recite it then I guess she will forgive us."

"See first of all I don't believe in such things but seeing now it is possibility but theres also a possibility that it was all our imaginations." Laksh spoke, fear evident in his voice.

"Wait, do you hear that?" Samir said as he shushed everyone.

The room was again engulfed by silence. Heavy breathings were only heard apart from one particular sound. That aroused those goosebumps all over our body. A sound which we never expected to hear.

Tip. Tip. Tip. Tip.Tip. Tip.

We all gave out a shrill scream. Beads of perspiration already adorning our foreheads.

There possibily couldn't be a water leak from the air conditioners as they were just serviced yesterday. No scope for that.

Then from where was this water leakage taking place.

"She is angry." Tia cried fully.

"We all are gone. She will kill us one by one." Tia shivered as Swara also cried. Neha had fainted.

"W-we sh-should leave." Samir stammered as he supported Neha.

"Yes, Laksh this thing has gone very far now." Bhai uttered.

Swara was clinging to him like a koala bear. This challenge and investigation had gone quite far now.

It had become dangerous. So dangerous that only leaving this place now could save us.

"Lets leave please." Laksh finally announced as everyone nodded scared. I had my arms wrapped around him so tightly that it would suffocate him but now I was way too scared to leave him.

But leaving easily wasn't a suitable option for the one who awaited our presence today. She had other plans. Plans that would involve killing us. Plans to scare us to death, plans that would leave us asking for death.

We turned around walking in the darkness wanting to find a way out, holding hands we took small steps, squinting our eyes wishing we were nocturnal right now. But then the plan she had, the plan she wanted to accomplish, she would have accomplished by hook or by crook..

We heard footsteps. Not the normal ones, but a payal cladded ones. A source of light was born in the room which stopped us in our tracks. The footsteps growing louder and louder yet the pace kept going slower and slower.

And then we did the only mistake 'she' wanted us to do.

We turned around.

"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhh!!!!!!!!!"

First time i tried something in this genre type. So i need u all to let me know whether i did a good job or not??

I havent ever written or actually ever described such silenced rooms or anything. Plus acc to me i have actually kinda used considerbaly a good vocab too in this chap😂
