He was coming down the hall after his nightly wind-down. He was pretty relaxed from playing with the wolves, watching the moon rise and fall over time, and stargazing. And after all of that, he was now looking forward to a good night's sleep. He was just about to enter his room when he heard weird noises coming from a couple rooms down. He looked at his clock, and it was 2:28 in the morning.

Why is someone else up this late? I'm the only one that stays up this late..

He walked down the hall, and opened the door to the room as quietly as he could, just in case someone was sleeping and he opened the wrong door. He didn't, but he wished he did. Here was Gulvic holding onto Meme with all of his tentacles, talking to him about something. He shut the door almost immediately, but did it very quietly. But before he shut the door, he saw Meme glance over at him for a split second. Even if it was a split second, the look in Meme's eyes said, "RUN WOOLF. I DON'T CARE IF I DIE, I JUST DON'T WANT ANYONE ELSE TO DIE." He felt like him and Meme then became spiritually one for a minute, because he felt what Meme was thinking. What he felt was, "I'll make him say the truth.. even if I'm killed because of it." He heard Meme then say,

"Then.. then tell me the truth right now!"

He then heard everything. He heard that Gulvic really wasn't the other side of Socks, what his goal is, and how it started. Woolf couldn't have blessed his hearing more in that event. He was so grateful his hearing was so on-point. Usually it would be annoying since he is very sensitive to sound, so a lot of things would hurt his ears. He would hear a lot of things he didn't want to know, he would hear the smallest things that were annoying to hear, but this time it actually helped. But, the grateful feelings turned into regret and sorrow. He heard a crunch and a sound that sounded like cutting a watermelon. He peeked through the door a bit, and was horrified. Meme had just been murdered.

- TW: Slight Gore Discription -  A tentacle was wrapped painfully tight around his neck, a knife had just been forced into his chest, cutting the flesh and letting blood flow out like a stream. Woolf then got a bit nauseous at the sight. Gulvic then easily took the knife out of Meme's chest, and cut his own tentacle, dropping the limp body to the ground. This made the murder wound clearly visible, making Woolf even more nauseous.

Gulvic then started staring at the body, not moving or making any sound whatsoever. Woolf had just been scarred for the rest of his life. He booked it down the hall to his own room, and ran right into the bed. He had hoped that Gulvic didn't see his tail when he ran away.

Why do I even wear this stupid thing?

He thought about everything that had just happened, but heard footsteps passing by towards Socks' room. He didn't even breathe. He didn't even flinch. It was like a loading screen that was buffering. He just froze. After he was sure he wouldn't be murdered, he went back to his bed and tried to get comfortable. He got his body physically comfortable in the bed, but he was mentally nowhere near comfortable. To add on to all of this stress that had just been dumped on him, he wondered if anyone else saw or heard, if he was going to be targeted next, if Gulvic will completely take over Socks, and much more. About ten minutes of thinking went by when out of the corner of his eye he saw something. He darted right up and looked over. He saw a floating sheet of paper and a floating marker writing on it.

Well, at least I know I got to sleep..

The two objects had a white aura around them, which gave them a peaceful and protecting look. It made Woolf a bit relaxed, but at the same time it made him curious.

Wait.. am I dreaming?

He pinched himself two times on his forearm, and came to the realization that he wasn't dreaming at all. He then stared, dumbfounded at the sight. The pen then seemed to be finished writing, and the paper was then flipped to be facing Woolf. It then flew right into his face, with a chilling breeze to go along with it. It suddenly got a bit chilly in his room, but he didn't mind. The paper then dropped on his lap, and he picked it up. When he read what was on the paper, he had no words. The paper said,

Woolf, did you hear everything Gulvic said? -Meme

He had no idea how to respond to this.

Can Meme hear me? Am I hallucinating because I'm so stressed? How is this happening?

Woolf didn't really believe in the supernatural.. at least before all of this. This experience with the medicine had made him believe in one kind of supernatural power, which was obviously the type Gulvic was. Evil. He still didn't really believe in ghosts. Though after seeing a flying sheet of paper and a flying pen writing a sentence saying it was from Meme, made him second guess his beliefs. To respond, Woolf said,

"Meme? Is this.. really you?"

He felt a bit childish after saying that, but at the same time felt like it was the only way to see if it really was Meme. He then saw a cyan aura form the words, "Yes! It's me!" Woolf was speechless. After he got the courage to speak again, he said:

"How do I know it's really yo- is Nadwe adopted..?"

The aura responded with making these words:

"Obviously.. Wicktoria literally adopted him."

"Oh my god it really is you!"

Woolf was a whole mess of emotions. He felt Joy, Sadness, Fear, Confusion.. but he surprisingly felt calm.

"Well, to answer your question, I did hear everything.."

"Good."

A couple seconds went by before Woolf started again.

"Well, I think I'm going to try and get to sleep now.. it was nice knowing you're still around Meme!"

On the left side of him, there was a mirror. In that mirror, just before Woolf was about to close his eyes, a vision of Meme appeared in the mirror. He appeared the same as he did before, and he had a happy-sad look on his face. I looked as if he could break down and hug him if he could. He then lipped the words, "Good night Woolf.. get some rest." Woolf didn't hear him say it, but he felt the words in his mind. He then got a warm, tingling feeling in his chest. He then smiled for the first time he witnessed the murder. He then closed his eyes, and everything went black.

He woke up the next morning, thankfully still alive, and immediately got ready for the day ahead. He glanced at his clock to see that it was 7:38 in the morning.

I wonder if anyone else is up yet?

Laff, Dino, and Nadwe all got up around the same time as Woolf. They all passed each other in the hall, and immediately started to the main area of the base. But before they got there, they heard footsteps coming from behind. It was Woolf, and he looked frantic and relived.

"Oh, hey Woolf! What's wrong?"

Laff immediately noticed something was wrong. The way his face was, how heavily and quickly he was breathing, and the fact he looked super stressed in general, gave it away.

"I know this is probably the worst time to show or tell you guys, but-"

A scream then interrupted what Woolf was saying. The four then rushed to where it came from, and it came from Meme's room. The door was wide open, as if someone had just rushed in. It was revealed that the person who screamed was Blaza, and it was because he had been the person who saw the body first. He was as stiff as a statue, with his arms tucked into his chest, his legs in a fight or flight stance, and his eyes not peeling off the traumatizing sight.

He then heard everyone's footsteps, and slowly turned his head to face everyone. His face was what stabbed everyone's hearts. He was breathing quietly, yet you could tell he was taking in as much air as he could. His eyes were contorted into a squinting-like shape, almost like he was crying. His mouth was open just a bit, and it didn't express any emotion whatsoever. Everyone was used to him wearing a positive face almost all the time, even in the worst situations, so it really sunk in.

Everyone's gaze turned to the cause of this. Meme's body. It had gotten worse overnight. The smell of blood and rotten flesh had filled the room, and it made Woolf and Nadwe nauseous. His face was lifeless, just like last night, with his eyes wide open, staring into nothing, his mouth slightly open, and his whole face relaxed yet strained. Then there were the actual injuries that were made.

The stab wound that was in his chest had clogged up with dried blood, and the bloodpool on the ground had dried up as well. It looked crusty and disgusting, to go along with the tentacle that had crushed his neck. Because of that, everyone knew who did it, and this was close to the last straw. They all heard footsteps coming from behind. It was the rest of the crew. TBH, Oompa.. and Socks.

Of course everyone was blocking their view, so they tried to ease their way through the crowd. When they got through, Oompa and TBH actually jumped back because of the sight, stepping on a couple feet in the process. Socks on the other hand completely froze. He knew Gulvic did this. The thing he didn't want to happen, had been done. His hands were the ones who held Meme's blood. His mind was the one who decided to choke and stab Meme. He started to tear up as he stared at it. He was feeling too many emotions at once. He felt stressed, sad, scared, remorseful, angry.. It was too much. He then ran full speed over to the body, and after that everyone else also entered. Him and Blaza were in tears at this point, and so were Woolf, Nadwe, and Dino. The rest were still in shock.

"Me- Meme.. I.. I killed him.."

"No Socks, you didn't kill him. It was Gulvi-"

"YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND! WHY AREN'T YOU AFRAID OF ME?! MY HANDS HAVE TOUCHED THIS MAN'S BLOOD, MY MIND DECIDED TO KILL HIM, I DID THIS!"

Socks' face was red at this point, as he was angry and sad at himself and for the deceased, as he was crying his eyes out at this point, and as he was screaming. Laff then tried to give him a hug to calm down, but Socks pushed him away.

"NO, LAFF! I DON'T WANT TO HURT ANYONE ELSE! I SHOULD BE IN JAIL BY NOW, YET YOU GUYS ARE LETTING THIS HAPPEN. WHY?!"

"Socks, it's just that w-"

"ACTUALLY, I DON'T WANT TO HEAR IT. YOU'LL BE ALL TALK. I SHOULDN'T HAVE SAID WHY.. I SHOULDV'E SAID GOODBYE!"

Socks then stormed towards the door, getting ready to leave the room. Tears were still streaming down, and he was still as red as a rose. No one had ever seen Socks that upset, and were honestly a bit afraid. They were all just standing there in confusion, sadness, and darkness. Before he was about to slam the door though, he paused. Nadwe then said with a shaky voice,

"S-socks? What are you doing? Aren't you about to leave?"

Socks just stood there in the doorway for a moment, silent and motionless. About 15 more seconds of just standing went by, and Socks then turned his head a bit to the left, almost as if to come back, or to listen in on a conversation, even though there was none. A tear fell from his face, but.. it was.. black. Everyone saw that second in time, everyone knew that this was their fate. Socks then turned all the way around, but instead it was Gulvic. He walked back towards everyone, and they all noticed something was off. He wasn't being violent, and he hadn't even spoken yet. He was just smiling, creepily. He then started chuckling, showing his teeth. That's when everybody noticed that he had pulsing red dots in his eyes instead of a slit. Gulvic then announced,

"Isn't laughter the best medicine?"

This time his voice sounded like a Snapchat filter, like he had just inhaled a helium balloon, but instead of making his voice get higher in pitch, it made it lower. He then glanced at TBH, and said,

"Aww.. lighten up! There's no point in being upset all the time, is there?"

"You've got to be kidding.. you literally murdered Meme."

Gulvic then glanced at the body, still in the same position as before.

"Oh, well it seems I have."

He then put one of his tentacles into the dried blood, and pressed down. He pressed down to the point where he got some liquid on it, and he then drew a curved line and two dots on the wall behind the body. It made up a smiley face.

"Does this make it a bit better?"

"No! That just makes it even creepier..

They then started going back and forth. TBH, Gulvic, Blaza, and Laff. While this was going on, Nadwe ran out of the room, and came back in with a book. He then started frantically writing in it. Woolf noticed this, and asked,

"What are you doing?"

"You'll see.."
