mental illness! is not! an excuse! or a justification! for! abuse! dont! be! a freaking monster! and! take! responsibility! for! your! actions!!!!!!!

treat your friends and s/os with love! and care! having a mental illness! doesnt mean! you can be overly demanding or abusive! that just makes you a terrible person!

if your mental illness causes nasty behaviour! apologize! make amends! dont just write it off or try to normalize it! youre responsible if you hurt someone!
