Third Person Perspective

The months went on and on, almost too fast for all of them.

John and Alex started to grow closer. Even though they had their differences, they were still happy and could get along.

Alexander began to sit with John, Lafayette, and Hercules for the months. None of them really know what happened to Peggy, though. John, being the worried one, brought it up one day but then stopped himself, remembering she's Peggy, she's fine.

.....Right?

Anyways, John asked Alex one time during lunch about his home. Where he's from and all that jazz.

He didn't talk to him for the rest of the school day.

John was going to ask him about it at the end of the day, maybe even apologize as well, but he remembered it was an early release day and they wouldn't be coming back until the next year. Er, more like the next month.

John's determined to make it up to him once they get back. But how? As much as he hated to admit this, John didn't know that much about him. Alexander was just a bit mysterious at times and leaves classes and other school things too often but still returns not smiling.

John didn't know what was happening with him and why he hadn't noticed it before. But he's determined to make whatever it was right again and to make his friend happy.
