Regina's POV
"AGH! Who are you?!?" I yell at the sky blue hair ball. I stared moving back until I hit a bush.

"Aye! I'm Happy!"

"Happy? What kind of name is that?....... on the other hand. Sonic has a friend named Big...... so I guess that isn't important." I pondered.

"Who?" Asked the cat.

"N-Nothing you need to worry about. I'm Regina! Regina Dreamerr- Wait..... YOU CANT TALK!" I finally realized he was talking. And not in the normal meowing I hear from other cats. Multi colored or not.

"Well obviously." He rolls his eyes and put his hands on his hips.

'Sassy much?' I thought trying to think of where I could have seen him from.

"Happy!!! Where'd you go?!?" Another voice called out from beyond the bush we were hiding in

"Over here Natsu!" Happy yelled, making himself wings and flew over to him.

'Nat-su? Waaaaiiit....' I quickly poked my head out of the bush and I see a pink haired boy with happy now sitting on his head smiling.

"No way..." I whisper yelled to myself.
'Natsu Dragneel! Also known at the Fire Dragon Slayer or just Salamander to people he's just met. He's the adoptive son of Igneel the fire dragon!'

I may or may have not just fan-girl-ed.  'Ah geese. I'm turning into my mother...' I mentally groaned in annoyance at my mom's infuse tours me.

"Oh, hay there! Didn't see ya. Uh... mind me asking why your in the bushes?" The salamander asked me.

'Crap! Uh! Think something fast that isn't stupid, gross, scare him away, or creepy!' I yell to myself again.

I mean, when you meet the people you most look up to, it's hard to not freak out.

Turning into a white bunny rabbit, I quickly responded him. "I was looking for a meal. Haaaay. You look... new? At least around here." I noted. 'Genius Regina!'

"Yeah, actually. I was fighting a few bad guys when I got sucking into some sort of portal." Do you know... who "runs" this place?" He asked confused as humanly possible.

"Well... if we wanna go to the true creator, it would have to be my mom's friend Flower. But... I haven't seen her in quite some time. So your best bet would be my mom. Frisk Dreamerr." I state.

He nods and asks me to lead the way. Which I am MORE then happy to. I mean, don't get me wrong. Meeting sonic would be a dream come true-oh Wait, never mind. Ink introduced me to him! Anyways, it was a dream come true. But Natsu. He's one of the most powerful wizards in the giant book of "The most powerful wizards Known to man". And him being an orphan, like me, gives me hope that some day... maybe I can try to be at least half as strong as he is.

"So, this is your place?" He asks, a little... how do I say this? Concerned? Yeah. Concerned with the state from the last few fights the family has had in it.

"Yeahhh.... it's getting re-modeled and going to be a lot stronger. Mostly because our family is a lot like yours."

"Huh. Really? How so?"

"You guys destroy everything you fight in." I point out.

"No we don't!!!" Yells Happy.

"Eh. Don't even remind me. Erza keeps trying to kill me for all the buildings I've destroyed in the past couple of years. Speaking of her. I wonder if the same portal dropped her, Lucy, and some of the others here..." he asks, scratching the back of his head.

"Wow. You asked something smart... are you sure your the same Natsu as int the book of "The most powerful wizards Known to man"?" I question him. He looked hurt? But in a playful manner.

I giggled, knowing this really was him.

"Oh! Before you go inside my mom's talking to some guests."

"Oh don't worry. I got it covered." He just barely touched the door when I ask with my eyes shut tight.

"Can you teach me how to make magic like you?!?"

Opening my right eye ever so slightly, I can see he's looking at me wide eyed. So did Happy. I shut my eye again and continue with my reasoning.

"I-I...." I was getting more nervous by the second. The words I wanted to use were stuck in my throat. And my imagination wasn't on my side today. It spiraled into different ways I made this conversation "end my life" in a more dramatical approach.

"I was an orphan t-too... I-I got bullied a lot a-and I kept moving forward w-with a smile...a few days before my mom came to adoptive m-me I-I got a b-book named "The most powerful wizards Known to man"... y-your in t-that book a-and I looked up to you. T-the only close way I got t-to using m-magic was by, first off, transforming into different animals. A skill I had since birth. And sensing other people's emotions..... "

'Crap. I blew it. I soooo blew it. He's never going to teach me. How can you be so stupid, Regina?! Maybe you should have just kept your mouth closed- *mental gasp*'

I felt a hand pat the top of my head.

"You don't need to learn my magic. You'll get to where you wanna be sooner or later. Just keep moving forward kid." Then he smiled at me. A sincere smile. One that gave me hope. That everything was gonna be alright.

From the corner of my ear I could have sworn I heard Happy say "that's Natsu for ya."
