Stereotype: Nerd (subtle type. Meaning, he doesn't outwardly show it out.)

Appearance: black hair, sky blue almond shape eyes, and he always wear a dark brown jacket with a plain black T-shirt and also wears light blue joggers.

Personality: serious and upfront, and he doesn't mince his words when he talks about something or criticise someone's actions. Basically, he says what he thinks, but he always think twice before saying something to not offend anyone.

Sexuality: Gay

Quirk: Hailstorm (he has water, ice and wind quirk)

Pros: It is a very powerful AOE quirk that when used in combat, could blind people

Cons: it sometimes makes him feel cold, and he might get hypothermia

Likes: honest people, caring people, onigiri, class 1-A, green tea

Dislikes: AFO (AFO is his father), Shiragaki Tomura, Whole of LOV except Dabi (he tolerates Dabi and treats Dabi like a brother), annoying people (except Kei, his brother in everything but blood)

Hero Outfit: Originally it was like Alex Mercer's assassin type clothes with the hood since he was originally a vigilante, but after that he changed it into an outfit like Wise from ZZZ (but the jacket is a windbreaker).

Regular clothes: dark brown jacket on top of a black T-shirt, sometimes wearing a dark blue or white T-shirt with prints on it, and light edgy and baggy joggers or jeans (light blue colour or light grey colour)

Family: he is an orphan and was adopted by a caretaker by the name of Juliet before she had passed away when he just started UA, also Stain is his father figure.

Hobbies: Drawing and painting, drawing anime and manga, reading Chinese novels, playing video games, playing chess and puzzles, writing novels (all seven of them are done when he have free time), and doing hero analysis.

Bio: He is from the Narukami family, a family who had generations of heroes all over the world, especially his aunts and uncles, but his aunts and uncles all passed away at a young age, leaving his mother, who died when he was younger due to a villain attack on a shopping mall in Masutafu, and his father, who left his mother and him when he was younger, not knowing that his father is AFO, leaving him as a orphan. At the age of 5, he lived with his caretakers and a bunch of kids, including his best friend Kei, and he quickly became friends with all the children, but at the age of nine, all but one of his caretakers were alive, and Kei and him were the only ones alive out if all the children, and him and Kei sworn to not leave each other. At the age of 10, Kei and him learn to become vigilantes under Stain, and also fought in the underground fighting ring, and at the age 14, Stain went MIA and he and Kei went into UA after the USJ incident as new hero class students.

Trivia: He loves the wind and he wish that he could be free just like the wind. He can fly using wind. He is quiet when he wants to be but is friendly, which is quite an odd combination of personality. His name 'Rei' means lovely, graceful, beautiful and his family name, Nakamura, means village in the middle, so the meaning of his name is lovely village in the middle.
