Kakeru is a blameworthy and reprehensible person who loves causing trouble for others, who can be also sadistic.

Despite his intimidating and dangerous appearance, Kakeru is acute in his own way of thinking. As Kamen Rider, also seem to care for his fellow Riders. Although he saves citizens and fight Union and Jyamato out of his own selfishness, he seem to be worried about the innocent bystanders.

Background:

Kakeru is a student at Tokyo Metropolitan Advanced Nurturing High School, where he is the representative of Class 1-C.

Later, he and three others would be approached by Nobuhiko Nabeshima, UGP's executive producer who would offer them to be Riders.
