I gaze at Sherlock's outstretched hand.

"Please, Keyland." He begs.

"Oh alright." I say slipping my hand into his palm. He pulls me toward him and with his free hand he chooses the song.

He guides my arms around his neck and puts his arms around my waist as Etta James croons out...

At last my love has come along
My lonely days are over and life is like a song, oh yeah
At last the skies above are blue
My heart was wrapped up clover the night I looked at you
I found a dream that I could speak to
A dream that I can call my own
I found a thrill to press my cheek to
A thrill I've never known, oh yeah
You smiled, you smiled oh and then the spell was cast
And here we are in Heaven
For you are mine at last

I looked up at Sherlock. His eyes sparkled, their color could only be described as... paradise.

"Keyland, from the moment I first met you... I-" Sherlock starts.

"Shh... Let me just have this." I replied resting my head on his shoulder. Sherlock tensed then relaxed and rested his head on mine. I don't know how long we danced like that. All I know is that time stood still and in that moment I was finally happy. But of course all good things have to end.

I was so relaxed in Sherlock's arms I was almost asleep. We both had our eyes closed when suddenly, there was a noise like a camera shutter clicking.

"Oops." John said bashfully.

"John!" Sherlock and I coursed.

"Well you guys were being so cute..." John replied awkwardly. My face grew hot.

"I think I'm going to head to bed." I said quickly, giving Sherlock a quick peck on the cheek. "I forgive you," I whispered softly in his ear. Then I made my exit and headed down to my room.

"There are too many people in this Damned flat!" I heard Sherlock exclaim as he stormed off to his room.

"That sounds about right." I said to myself opening the door to my pitch black room and turning on the light.

"Hello Kiwi." Liem greeted from his perch on my bed.

"Uh hey." I replied awkwardly.

"Don't worry I'm not staying here I just have to talk to you." He smiles awkwardly.

"Oh okay." I replied closing the door. "What's up?"

Liem took a good look at my face.

"So...he's alive then." He remarked.

"Yeah..." I trailed off.

"My feelings haven't changed... But neither have yours I see." Liem announced.

I sat down beside him on the bed. "No they haven't." I admitted.

"Hmm." Liem hummed.

I tapped my fingers anxiously on my knees. Liem cleared his throat. I turned to face him.

"So I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I have something for you." He relied taciturn and businesslike.

"What is it?" I asked.

"A care package...from Moriarty." He stated.

"A what now?" I exclaimed.

Liem pulled out from under the bed a large black cardboard box with a simple red ribbon around it. He placed it on the bed in-between us. I stared at the box my eyes wide.

"Well what are you waiting for? Open it." He said impatiently.

My fingers trembled as I untied the bow in the top of the package.

"Here." Liem said opening the box for me.

He lifted the lid and I looked in curiously.

The box contained four items.

A red dress, some outrageously high heels, a letter and the box Jim had tried to give me earlier.

"Oh my soul. There is no way I can walk in these!" I exclaimed pulling the torturous heels out of the box. They were black with a red sole. Stiletto heels.

Liem snorted. "You should read the letter." He said simply.

I pulled the letter out and broke open the red wax seal. The note read.

Dearest Keyland,

I formally invite you to have a talk with me.

12:00 am at the Red Herring. Wear the dress and shoes provided. As I know you want answers, I have given you one more chance to take the serum. I must see you tonight. I will meet you there. I will be wearing a red tie.

All my Love,

James.

I don't know Liem.... Should I do this?" I fretted.

"If you don't, you risk angering him..." He said thoughtfully.

"You have a good point, What time is it?" I asked.

"10:00 pm." He stated.

"What should I do?" I panicked running my hand through my hair.

"Well try on the dress and shoes and I guess we will see from there." Liem replied logically.

I took a deep breath and gathered my clothes and took them into the bathroom to change.

The dress was all wrong. I mean it looked great on me, but I wouldn't be comfortable. At all.

The hem ended just above my knees and the neckline was very very...low.

"Keyland are you done changing yet?" Liem asked softly knocking on the door.

I covered the neckline with my hand and poked my head out the door.

"There is no way I'm wearing this dress by itself." I whispered furtively.

Liem's eyes widened. "Why not?"

"Just get my black undershirt, okay? It's on my bed." I hissed.

"Okay..." Liem replied trying to peek around the door. I shut the door in his face.

A few moments later he returned with my undershirt and I took it and redressed with the undershirt underneath.

Now I felt better. I put on the shoes and headed out to see Liem.

His jaw practically hit the ground. He cleared his throat.

"So how are the shoes working out for you?" He asked quickly.

"I think I'll be alright as long as I don't have to run." I answered honestly.

I looked at the ground anxiously.

"You need to do this Keyland. Trust me." Liem advised.

"I know. But I'm not ready yet." I replied.

"Go ahead we still have time. I need to get ready too." Liem remarked looking at his watch.

"You are coming with me?" I exclaimed.

"Yeah, I'm your escort." Liem grumbled.

"Jim sent you." I realized.

"Yeah..." He admitted, heading off to the room he was staying in. "I'll see you in a bit."

I grabbed the serum off my bed and headed back to the bathroom. I locked the door and opened the silver box. The bathroom light shone on the glass needle turning the contents a glimmering gold. I lifted the syringe to my neck and jabbed my neck.

Here goes nothing.
