I tried to fit in some Kailor here so I can say that I at least tried. :3

Also, there is a previous 'plot point' or more like characters that will appear in this one or chapter 15 (I really want to make a 'usual day at the monastery' chapter :)) If I decide they will appear on this chapter, I won't tell you their names.

But, if you haven't figured it out yet, let me give you some hints/teasers.

When they appear, we'll have: a reunion, a reveal, a Jaya scene and an attack.

Onto the story!

Third POV

"Heyy, Sky..! So.. how about we go on a date..? Just you and me?" Kai made finger guns at his reflection. "No.." He facepalmed.

"So, Sky. That note you may have sent me.. How about we talk about it somewhere alone? Damn it, I'm usually good at this!"

"Judging by this, I'm starting to doubt it."

Kai turned around by the sudden sound. "What the- how did you get in here?!"

"I have absorbed Shade's power before. It wasn't that hard to break in." Skylor sighed. "So, what was that you've been meaning to talk about?" She sat on a nearby chair.

Kai gulped as his face started to heat up. "You know, normal stuff. Like, um, Pythor.."

"That doesn't sound like a normal subject.. What about him?" Skylor raised a brow. 'Think..' Kai thought. It's not like he could tell her about them visiting Pythor, even if he's sure it was her who sent that note. It seemed crazy to him, even then. But since he was so nervous he wasn't planning on asking her out anytime soon, he had to think quickly.

"I think.. he's not guilty!" 'That filthy animal will owe me so much after this.'.

"What? Kai! He killed your parents and helped enslave all of us, yet you find him innocent?!" Skylor snapped as Kai gulped. He had to keep going though.

"I'm just saying that we should give him a chance. Remember your dad's helper..-"

"Clouse." She hissed, interrupting him.

"Yeah, him! Maybe he used a brainwashing spell on him..?" Kai raised his shoulders. 'Wait.. Did I just make an amazing assumption out of my own mistake?' He really had to resist praising himself out loud on that one..

"Well, his skales were a different color back then.. White with purple patterns. Maybe they just threw bleach on him, now that I think about it.." She said, getting happier with each sentence. Until her face started to fall. "But if he proves himself innocent, I'm not letting him on this island."

"Fine with me!" 'I just proved my enemy innocent.. Great..'.

"Now, about that other thing you wanted to talk about.." A smirk formed her lips as she placed a hand on his shoulder. Kai would normally to take a step back from the situation but he was a bit too shocked to do that.

But then, his hero came.

"Excuse me for the disturbance, but we will sadly have to leave soon and need Kai in order to do that. Cole said he has to get down to the harbour." They both turned their heads to see Zane, who was holding dozens of books smile at them.

"Meet you there for a last goodbye, I guess." Skylor winked before dissapearing into smoke again.

Kai, recovering from, well, everything that just occured ran up to hug Zane, resulting in him dropping his books.

"Thanks for saving me buddy from probably the most akward dating situation of my life!"

"I-I do not quite understand." Zane akwardly pulled out of the hug, picking up his books. Kai soon started to pack up the few things that he had.

"You know, dating! When two people like each other. Well, in our special occasions of the week none of those people even realize it." Kai said. While this could refer to Jay and Nya, or 'Jaya' as he called them, but he was reffering just a bit more to him and Skylor instead. Only this time, he actually realized it.

"Uh-huh. Well, now that you've packed your stuff, I recomend you coming with me. The others are waiting for us to leave." Zane lead Kai outside. The others were indeed waiting for them, only he noticed there were no boats at the harbour.

"So.. how are we exactly leaving?" Kai questioned.

"Your friend Lloyd here, told us that the Monastery is quite far away, so we though we'd take you there the fun way." Skylor said as she appeared behind him, making him slightly scream. 'Why does she keep doing that?!'

Skylor then gave a nod to the other Elemental Masters. They all nodded back as they started to form some kind of energy in their hands. Not long after, six dragons appeared. Each one of them was surrounded by energy, yet was tamed. They all looked at each dragon in awe, as the creatures lowered their wings for them to climb.

"These are our dragons. They'll take you to your destination. Be careful, they'll dissapear into thin air after you arrive." Ash advised all of them before they got on the dragons. Just as they were about to leave, Skylor approached her dragon, where Kai was.

"Keep in touch, I guess?" She smiled, offering her hand.

"Deal." Kai shook her hand. He could hear his sister giggle behind him, though he didn't care.

The dragons eventually set off -way too fast for their own good- as they headed towards their destination. The creatures were actually rather fast for being made mostly of energy and they were sure they could even fly above the clouds. Though it wasn't long before the retuen turned into a race.

Lloyd was the lucky one, as the dragon he picked turned out to be Griffin Turner's dragon Swift, the Master of Speed himself. With that in mind, the race was an easy win for him.

They eventually arrived in front of a tall hill, as they could barely see Jamanakai village stand beneath it a few kilometers away.

"See? I easily won-WOAH!" Lloyd gasped as the dragon suddenly dissapeared. Unfortunately, with him still on it, he fell straight to the ground.

"I guess you should be more careful young man." A figure chuckled as he turned his head to see Wu offering him a hand. He stood up as the other five entered the scene.

"I see you've managed to gather them all. I should introduce myself." Everyone, except for Lloyd and Jay gave him a confused look. "I am Master Wu. You six have been selected to help defeat the ultimate evil of the seven realms. The Oni. It is my responsibility to give you proper training in order to master your powers. Understood?" He said in a strict tone of voice. They all nodded, as the old man's lips curved into a gentle smile.

"Very well. Now, let me show you your rooms."

I am SO sorry for posting so short chapters and especially so late.

Oh and if you think characters aren't getting as much development, their time will come. I'm just trying to cover up the subplots first 😉.
