So I just gt Goku Vs Super Goku, in that I explained and showed how the non canon versions of characters are far superior to their canon counterparts, while a lot of people do realise and understand this they still don't make good fights with these movie characters, we just get turles vs saiyan saga vegeta, cooler vs Frieza, broly vs cell and so on. So I decided to make something interesting, what if Cooler fought Cell.

So let's start things off with Cell.

Attack potency

Cell by scaling, statements and guides is shown to be solar system level, so it should be pretty clear that Cell is of course solar system level.

Speed

In my part on super goku vs gt goku I used scaling from Goku and Frieza in the frieza saga being 50x faster than light and then scaled that up to Cell and got Cell to be 320 thousand times faster than light.

Abilities

Master Martial Artist, Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Ki Manipulation (Can be used defensively and offensively, to strengthen his skin or to fire ki blasts, which can home in on targets, and form defensive barriers), Ki Sensing (Can locate others by reading their ki), Enhanced Senses (Should have the senses of a Saiyan, allowing him to locate small, distant objects by their smell, see clearly over long distances, and track the movements of others even in pitch black conditions by feeling vibrations in the air), Flight, Absorption (He can absorb others with his tail, either by stabbing them with it to absorb their energy and all of their organic matter, or engulfing them with it to fully absorb them), Reactive Power Level (Due to his Saiyan blood, Cell grows stronger every time he fights and can become stronger in the midst of combat, vastly increasing in strength whenever he is mortally injured), Power Mimicry (Can copy Ki-based techniques), Afterimage Creation, Light Manipulation (Can create flashes of light to blind opponents), Body Control (Can revert into prior forms and should have a level of control over his body similar to Frieza), Elasticity (Due to his Namekian DNA, he should be capable of stretching his arms out to great lengths), Size Manipulation (Can grow larger when bulking up and should be capable of growing in size like a Namekian), Summoning (Can spawn Cell Juniors from his tail), Telekinesis, Teleportation, Self-Destruction, Transformation (Can transform into his Semi-Perfect and Perfect forms by absorbing the androids, and can transform back into higher forms even if he loses them), Longevity, Immortality (Type 3, possibly Type 1), Regeneration (Low-High; Cell can regenerate from a special, core cell nucleus contained in his head; given that he has regenerated from having his top half blown off and from self-destructing, it is likely that this cell is able to survive extensive damage), Resistance to Radiation

Now for Cooler

Attack potency

Cooler should be Solar system level to Solar system+ by scaling him to non canon frieza who's attack could be seen from outside the galaxy.

Frieza did this in 50% so from the scaling we did before mecha frieza is 10 times stronger, trunks is 20 times stronger and Goku should probably be 2 times stronger than trunks since he could block his sword with his finger making him 40 times. While Cooler wasn't able to tank hits from super saiyan goku he could easily tank Kaioken goku who should be at least twice as strong, so if we divide 40 by 50 and then times that by 2 Goku is 1.6 times stronger than frieza who is solar system level and couldn't hurt cooler.

Speed

So last time I went off Broly's feat for Goku's speed however there is another speed feat, I used Broly's feat as a sort of low ball.

The other feat that can be used is Goku dodging meteors while on his way to Namek.

From this Calc we can conclude Goku is about 389 thousand times FTL.

Times that by 50 for super saiyan we get. 19,450,000x FTL

Times that by 4 for cooler and we get.

Conclusion

Cell doesn't stand much of a chance here, to be honest I think Cooler would scale better to early buu saga characters like fat buu. You can easily argue Cell would do just as well as base goku did against Cooler and base Goku couldn't even hurt Cooler.
