Since the beginning of dragon ball super people have been comparing ssj4 to whatever form came out next in dragon ball super, a reason people always seem to gravitate towards dragon ball super Goku is his "universe busting feats" however....those have been debunked, and I've explained Goku is not universe level and at most should be Galaxy level since shaking the universe is multi solar system and then he has his multipliers but then that means this isn't as clear cut as it would originally seem, so let's try breaking this down.

Let's go over Dbs Goku's speed and power, I'll break things down from frieza Saga up since that's when things become less clear.

Frieza Saga

So I already went over how Frieza's death beams are confirmed light speed and Goku could easily block them, this makes Super Saiyan Goku 50x faster than light.

As for AP this is where things get a bit awkward and weird. So there's calcs that put first form Frieza at dwarf star level however these calcs assume the mass of the earth is 10 times just cause the gravity is, however let's just assume this works so we can high ball Goku.

Then there's many statements that indicate that final form Frieza is star level, so let's pretend statements with nothing backing them up are credible and say SSJ goku in the Frieza saga is star level.

Cell Saga

Cell Saga doesn't have speed feats, which is weird, so let's try finding how much stronger perfect cell is than ssj Goku in the Frieza saga, since perfect Cell is comparable to Ssj Goku.

So let's work backwards from perfect Cell and find how many times stronger he is from semi perfect cell. We know that grade 3 is 10 times stronger than grade 2, perfect Cell and grade 3 trunks are about equal, cell won thanks to his speed, then grade 2 trunks scales to Vegeta who stomped semi perfect Cell, so let's say grade 2 Trunks is 2 times stronger than Semi perfect Cell. Making Perfect Cell 20 times stronger than semi perfect Cell. Android 17 and 18 are pretty comparable so semi perfect Cell should be 20x stronger than imperfect Cell.

So therefore Perfect Cell is 40 times stronger than imperfect Cell.

From there imperfect Cell should be 4 times stronger than piccolo since he stomped Piccolo and android 17 at the same time.
Android 17 should then be about 4 times stronger than Trunks, who's about 2 times stronger than mecha Frieza.

If we go off the anime (this'll be the only time I use the DBZ anime for DBS Goku) Mecha Frieza is 10 times stronger than 50% Frieza making him 5 times stronger than 100% Frieza.

This would make perfect Cell 6400x more powerful than Frieza and SSJ Goku. So since Goku is 50x faster than light. This means Perfect Cell and therefore SSJ Cell saga Goku are 320 thousand times faster than light.

As for attack potency if we go off this scaling solar system level does indeed work.

Buu saga

This one is hard to scale we honestly can't, we can only go through the multipliers so that means ssj2 Goku is 640 thousand and SSJ 3 is 2,560,000x faster than light and they're around solar system+

Battle of gods arc

The only power up here is Goku getting the god, so let's made some kind of multiplier which I did a while ago and came to the conclusion that from going from SSJ 3 Goku < ultimate gohan < gohan absorbed Buu < Vegito < God Goku, God Goku should be about 96 thousand times stronger than SSJ 3 Goku.

This makes God Goku 245,760,000,000 times faster than the speed of light and multi solar system level.

We could continue going through these wanks and so on however nothing backs up Goku being multi galaxy or something like that, after all if we assume the distance between Beerus's planet and Earth is 48 billion light years (which is a high ball) and Whis took 35 minutes that makes Whis 420 trillion times faster than light, so continuing with this scaling past this point doesn't work and it's just shitty wank (and this already has wank)

So DBS Goku is multi solar system level and over 245 billion times faster than light.

Now for SSJ4 Goku who is a lot different, the reason why that is is non canon anime moments are canon in dragon ball GT.

And the back flash where Kid Buu destroys a galaxy extremely quickly, which should be high multi solar system level to galaxy level.

This works since black smoke Shenron is low multi galaxy level along with omega Shenron.

So since in the broly Calc Broly is 1,243,846x faster than light.

So let's low ball and say Broly is equal to ssj 3 Goku who is equal to base Goku at the end of z leading into GT, Goku trains for a few years so he should be around 4,000 times stronger.

Super saiyan is 50 times stronger.

Then lord lewd is around 4 times stronger.

The sigma force is around 4 times stronger.

The fused sigma force should then be 2 times stronger than they were when separated.

Then base rildo should be around twice as strong as the fused sigma force.

This should be around equal to base Goku and then there's transformations.

This makes base Goku over a trillion times faster than light.

So from here we have base gt goku > super Goku and again we can't just wank super Goku more cause if we continue with that wank that would mean.

Super Goku > Whis, which of course is wrong.

The main problem with all of this is the non canon series has feats, the canon has statements which a lot of the time are contradicted, hell with feats we could only get canon Goku to 50x faster than light, with feats we could get non canon Goku to over a million.

As for attack potency for non canon we got feats from broly and buu and for canon we got statements and sketchy calcs, the most credible multi solar system fear being Goku shaking the world of void which is why I but goku at best Galaxy level, meanwhile super saiyan 4 is at the very least galaxy level.
