Wyatt is walking into the Daily Bugle and sees Elle walking in as well and he holds the door for her.

Elle: Thanks Wyatt you're so nice.

Wyatt: You're welcome Elle. So where were you yesterday? I stopped by here and didn't see you.

Elle: I was out taking pictures of landmarks and also later that day I got these pictures.

Elle shows Wyatt pictures of Spiderman and James in his suit.

Wyatts eyes widen

Wyatt: *In his mind* Oh shit!

Elle: You ok Wyatt? What you think I'm gonna steal your job for taking pictures of Spiderman?

Elle chuckles and Wyatt has a nervous smile on his face.

Wyatt: No it's just Spiderman didn't tell me he had backup to help him.

Elle: Well it is surprising. Also look at the other ones suit it's so cool!

Wyatt: Yea it is. Where did you take these pictures?

Elle: Oh they were swinging around the city last night.

Wyatt nods and still has a nervous smile on his face.

Elle: I'm glad he has backup. I don't want anything to happen to him.

Wyatt blushes a little

Wyatt: That's really sweet of you Elle.

Wyatt and Elle get into the elevator and take it up.

Wyatt: You know I was so busy yesterday. That I wasn't actually able to take pictures of Spiderman.

Wyatt seems a little sad

Elle hands Wyatt her pictures of Spiderman.

Wyatt: No Elle I can't these are yours.

Elle: Wyatt it's ok. I have other pictures. Use these ones.

Elle smiles at Wyatt who smiles back and takes the pictures.

Wyatt: Thank you so much.

Elle: You're welcome.

The elevator doors open

JJJ: WHERE IS HE!!!!! I HEAR THERE IS ANOTHER ONE OF THESE MENACES AND HE ISN'T HERE TO GIVE ME PICTURES!!!!!

Jonah turns and sees Wyatt and Elle in the elevator.

JJJ: WEAVER MY OFFICE NOW!!!!! I NEED PICTURES OF THOSE TWO MENACES!!!!!

Wyatt sighs and Elle grabs his arm.

Elle: Hey it's gonna be alright. Don't believe what he says. Spiderman is a hero.

Wyatt smiles at Elle before walking to Jonahs office with the pictures in hand that Jonah grabs.

JJJ: These are great.

Wyatt looks extremely surprised

Wyatt: Really!? Thank you si-

JJJ: These two menaces probably just committed crimes and are leaving the area!!!! THEY'RE MENACES!!!!!

Wyatt sighs again.

JJJ: Now Weaver. I need more pictures of Spiderman!

Wyatt: Yes sir.

JJJ: You can leave now.

Wyatt nods and gets up before leaving the office and starting to leave the Bugle.

Wyatt: Why can't he see that I'm a good man?

Wyatt checks the time.

Wyatt: Oh shit I need to get to class!

Wyatt runs into an alley and gets his suit on and swings away going to where his college campus is.

*Later*

Wyatt is leaving his class and bumps into a lady and her books fall.

Wyatt: I am so sorry.

*******: It's ok. It was an accident I understand.

Wyatt helps pick up her books and hands them to her before looking at her and seeing a beautiful woman with what looks like Silver dyed hair.

*******: Thank you.

Wyatt: You're..... You're welcome. You look really familiar.

*******: Oh no I just moved here a few weeks ago. This is my first day here. I'm Felicia.

Wyatt: I'm Wyatt. It's nice to meet you Felicia.

Felicia: I'll see you around I need to get to class.

As Felicia leaves he is still standing there until he hears.

*******: Spider.....

Wyatt turns around and looks not seeing anyone.

Wyatt: Who said that?

Wyatt starts to walk away confused about who said that and a little nervous.

Wyatt: I'm going crazy I think. It's almost time for the day to end and then I'll do patrol looking around.

Wyatt hears someone walking behind him and he turns to see James with a binder in his hand and a newspaper.

Wyatt: James you go here?

James: Yea man. Gwen does so I decided what the hell.

Gwen runs up and hugs James who smiles and hugs her back.

Gwen: How was your first day here?

James: It was good.

James smiles and kisses Gwen on the head and Gwen smiles.

Wyatt does a fake gag and James chuckles before flicking him off.

Gwen: Hey Wyatt! I didn't see you there.

Wyatt: Well I'm here. So please don't do PDA in front of me.

Wyatt chuckles some.

Gwen: Oh we're sorry Wyatt.

They all start to walk together.

Gwen: So Wyatt how are things at the Bugle going?

Wyatt: They're alright I guess. I mean my boss isn't the nicest person but that's fine. Theres a girl there named Elle who I....I guess I....

Gwen: You like her?

Wyatt nods and Gwen smiles

Gwen: That's sweet.

Wyatt: Yea she's really sweet and kind and beautiful. She's a really good person.

Gwen: She sounds amazing Wyatt. I'm happy for you. Well you two I need to go. I have to work late night today.

James kisses Gwen on the head again before she looks up at him.

Gwen: Hey be careful if you do anything. Please be careful for me. I love you.

James: I love you too.

James leans down so that him and Gwen can share a quick kiss.

Gwen smiles and starts to leave.

Wyatt: Does she know that I'm Spiderman?

James: No I didn't tell her. I'm the only person to know that.

Wyatt: Thanks man. So why do you have a newspaper?

James: Because I saw something really interesting on it.

James hands Wyatt the newspaper and it has the picture of them both on it swinging around the city with the headline "Two menaces!!!!!!!"

James: You know anything about that?

Wyatt: James I promise you. I do not write the headlines or any of that. I want him to stop putting this for headlines.

James: Alright man. So I saw something on my way here. I saw some guys transporting Oscorp crates. But they didn't take them to Oscorp. They stole them.

Wyatt: Thanks for the info you gonna go with me?

James: Nah I know you can handle yourself. Besides I have another issue to deal with.

Wyatt: Ok man.

Wyatt walks off as he starts to walk around town looking for a cargo truck with an Oscorp logo on it.

Wyatt: Where could it be?

Wyatt continues to walk and sees an Oscorp logo.

Wyatt: There it is.

Wyatt runs up and jumps landing on a building roof top and changing back into his Spiderman suit.

Spider-Man: Let's do this.

Spiderman swings down and lands on a light pole and looks around.

Spider-Man: There isn't anybody here?

Spiderman senses something and turns around kicking someone before doing a backflip and landing on the ground.

Spiderman stands up and sees Green Goblin on his glider that he jumps off of and lands on the ground.

Spiderman dodges a kick attempt from Goblin and kicks him back before Goblin goes for a spinning kick and Spiderman dodges again.

Goblin: That's some neat trick you've got.

Spiderman goes to throw a punch but Goblin ducks it and grabs him throwing him over his shoulder and going for a punch but Spiderman catches it and kips up before he sees Goblin spray out a mist.

Goblin: Sleep!

Spiderman steps back and starts to move around before feeling completely tired and falling over.

*Later*

Spiderman starts to wake up and sees he's on a roof top and looks around before he hears something.

Goblin: Wake up little spider, no you're not dead yet just paralysed. You're an amazing creature, Spider-Man. You and I are not so different.

Spider-Man: I'm not like you. You're a murderer.

Goblin: Well, to each his own. I chose my path, you chose the way of the hero. And they found you amusing for a while, the people of this city. But the one thing they love more than a hero is to see a hero fail, fall, die trying. In spite of everything you've done for them, eventually they will hate you. Why bother?

Spider-Man: Because it's right.

Goblin walks around the roof

Goblin: Here's the real truth. There are eight million people in this city. And those teeming masses exist for the sole purpose of lifting the few exceptional people onto their shoulders. You, me? We're exceptional.

Goblin steps in front of Spiderman and looks down at him.

Goblin: I could squash you like a bug right now, but I'm offering you a choice. Join me! Imagine what we could accomplish together... what we could create. Or we could destroy! Cause the deaths of countless innocents in selfish battle again and again and again until we're both dead! Is that what you want?

Goblin jumps onto his glider and starts to fly off.

Goblin: Think about it, hero!

Spiderman tries to stand up but can't muster the strength and accidentally hits his mask off. He stays there until he hears something.

Wyatt: Come back to finish the job?

James: Wyatt? What happened to you?

James helps Wyatt up and grabs his mask.

James: What happened?

Wyatt: Goblin he.....He tranqed me or something.

James: Can you move?

Wyatt: I'm starting to feel the movement again man. Thank you. How did you know I was here?

James: I was coming through here and saw Goblin fly off. I was gonna go after him then I saw you.

Wyatt pushes off James before grabbing his mask and starts to walk.

Wyatt: Let's get out of here before people start believing Jonahs headlines.
