Gist of it:

Shadowkit gets a cold and feels lonely because nobody came to visit her in Dawndrop's den. Meanwhile, during these two days Dawndrop keeps teaching her about herbs, preparing Shadowkit for her medicine cat life. Shadowkit didn't want to become a medicine cat, so she went to watch Minnowpaw and Tigerpaw battle training. Minnowpaw performs a backflip, causing Shadowkit to feel awed. A StarClan cat with golden fur and blue eyes comes to her, promising to train her, then officially becoming her StarClan mentor.
