2. You decide whether or not you agree with the shipping.
3. Comment your decision.
4. State arguments on why you think that way.
5. Other people reply, and we discuss it.
6. Once everyone or a majority of everyone has agreed, I will pronounce the shipping 'closed.'
7. Repeat.
