Brook limped over to Jayfeather's den. "Jayfeather?" She called before walking in. "I need to get this thorn out of my paw, can you...."
"Inhale.....and exhale.......and inhale.....and exhale." Jayfeather was saying to the cats in his den. "Just a minute, Brook. I'm a little busy." He went back to the other cats. Firestar, Sandstorm, Cloudtail, Brambleclaw, Squirrelflight, and Lionblaze were all sitting in the same position as Jayfeather. "Okay, now we're on all fours, and we bend, and we bend," He said in a calm, soft voice.
     "Am I doing it right?" Cloudtail asked.
     Jayfeather said sarcastically, "Well, let me see.....oh wait! I'm blind!"
"What exactly is going on in here?" Brook asked.
Jayfeather responded, "This is my sunhigh yoga class. Walk-ins are welcome to join." Brook stepped back. "Watch the stick!"
Brook was still confused. "Why are you teaching yoga? And is this normal?"
"It calms your mind and body, man," Brambleclaw answered.
"Yes," Jayfeather mewed. He went back to teaching. "Now rise up, like the sun.....we're rising. I said we're rising, Lionblaze! I know you're not rising! And down......like the wind!"
Brook turned around. "You know what, I'm just gonna leave now.....Stormfur?"
"Gotta run! Don't want to be late for my yoga class!" Stormfur flashed past her and into the den.
"LIKE THE WIND!"
