"I feel fine," whined Cedarpaw as Skypaw checked her. "Really, I do!" Why do I have to be here? I need to see Wind again.

"You might be good right now, but Willowfly told me you were sick earlier, and Willowfly is never wrong!" Skypaw hissed.

"Ok, sorry," mumbled Cedarpaw.

"Just go away," she replied.

Cedarpaw sighed. Skypaw was so distant recently. What had happened to her happy-go-lucky sister? What did I do? That was a question often floating around her head.

"Skypaw?" Berrybush poked her head into the den. "Is Willowfly or Spiketail here? I'm having stomach pains."

"I'll go get her." Skypaw Responded. "She went to gather some comfrey."

A mere minute later, Skypaw returned with the grey tabby. Willowfly quickly examined Berrybush.

"Congratulations!" The Medicine Cat Said. "You're expecting kits!"

"Really?" Berrybush squeaked. "I've been waiting moons!" Her dark brown tail sticking straight into the air.

"Who's the father?" Cedarpaw and Skypaw asked simultaneously. The both looked at each other, but then looked away.

"Frostclaw," Berrybush Replied. "We've been together for two moons now."

"All cats old enough to swim, gather to hear my words!"

"That must be Larkstar making Bramblepaw and Reedpaw Warriors!" Said Cedarpaw excitedly.

"Fine," grumbled Skypaw.

Cedarpaw was right, both Reedpaw and Bramblepaw were already there, heads held high. Their mentors, Tawnyshade and Frostclaw stood beside them. When all the Clan has arrived, Larkstar opened her mouth to speak.

"I, Larkstar, leader of RiverClan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on these apprentices. They have trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and commend them to you as Warriors in return."

Larkstar padded to Reedpaw. "Reedpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?

Reedpaw smiled. "I do."

"Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your Warrior name. Reedpaw, from this moment on, you shall be known as Reedfang, for your excellent fighting and hunting abilities. StarClan honours this, and we welcome you as a full warrior of RiverClan."

Reedfang walked forward to lick Larkstar's shoulder in gratitude. The Clan held it's cheers.

"Now, Bramblepaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and protect and defend your Clan, though it might cost your life?

"Of course I do"

"Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your Warrior name. Bramblepaw, from this moment on, you will be known as Brambleheart. StarClan honours your perseverance and spirit. We welcome you as a full Warrior if RiverClan."

"Reedfang! Brambleheart!"

"Meeting dismissed!" Called Larkstar.

Cedarpaw went to find her mentor in the crowd.

"Echostream," She said when she found her.

"I'm going to go hunting by myself for a bit."

"Are you sure?" The white she-cat answered. "I heard you were sick."

"I'm fine now. I'll be back by sundown."

Cedarpaw walked until she was still in the sight of her Clanmates. But as soon as nobody could see her, she raced to the direction of the green-eyed kitty pet.
