Ann: So, we're halfway through this!

Junko: Yep! Now we can move onto his incredibly powerful transformations! Like his Werehog form!

Junko: While this form isn't as fast, it's still incredibly strong and agile! This transformation was caused thanks to exposure to Dark Gaia's energy, who's strong enough to rip apart the earth!

Ann: This form is strong enough to shake the earth around him! He can stretch out his arms and even make a barrier around him to neutralize any attack that isn't elemental!

Junko: And to top it off he has an Unleashed Mode that lets him tap into Dark Gaia's energy! This increases his speed, strength, durability, and grants him temporary invincibility! Though the Werehog transformation itself is only able to come out at night.

Kokonoe: Speaking of transformations, Sonic can also weild the sword Calibur.

Ann: A magical, sentient sword that acts as Sonic's weapon and partner! It can deflect projectiles, dispel Immortality, or even cut through stone and armor!

Kokonoe: It also grants him the form of Excalibur Sonic.

Kokonoe: Known as the Ultimate Knight, Sonic gains a huge boost in skill and power.

Ann: Not only can Sonic fly, but he can even turn Caliburn into Excalibur! In this form Sonic can clash with the giant swords of the Dark Queen, cut through magic barriers, and even dispel immortality! It's strongest attack is when Excalibur Sonic channels golden magical energy to ram through the opponent with Excalibur!

Junko: But let's not forget he has the power of the Chaos Emeralds!

Ann: Seven mystical gemstones said to contain immeasurable amounts of chaos energy, a highly powerful form of energy able to warp space and time and give life to all living things!

Kokonoe: This gives Sonic access to the Chaos Force and let's him induce a Genesis Wave, which basically means he can rewrite the entire universe with no limits. Doing things such as erasing people so that they never existed to begin with.

Junko: Depending on Sonic's thoughts and motives, he can take both the positive or negative energy of the Chaos Emeralds. Once he takes in the negative energy, he turns into Dark Sonic!

Junko: Also known as Dark Super Sonic, this form is triggered by Sonic's rage and makes him more angry and sadistic. His speed and power are increased though its unknown as to what extent.

Ann: But that's fine. The Chaos Emeralds aren't the only thing he can draw negative energy from! He also has the World Rings!

Ann: Seven magical rings that bind together the world of Arabian Nights. From left to right they represent Joy, Hatred, Rage, Prayers/Hope, Pleasure, Sadness, and Wishes/Desire.

Junko: He can use the blue one to cause a storm. And when using rage, hatred, and sadness, he can turn into Darkspine Sonic!

Junko: Arguably one of Sonic's most powerful transformations, Sonic can use this form to warp the reality of the Arabian Nights Universe, enhance his strikes with fire, fly around, and even slow down time!

Ann: He used this form to beat Alf Layla wa-Layla, a being capable of turning the world of Arabian Nights into an endless void with his mere presence! To put this feat into further perspective, Sonic transformed with only 3 World Rings, whereas his opponent used all 7. In the same battle, he was capable of sending back his strongest attack with brute force alone! After the fight, he returned the Arabian Nights to normal with a flick of his wrist!

Kokonoe: Right. Now back to the Chaos Emeralds, Sonic can also harness the positive energy from them and become Super Sonic.

Kokonoe: Sonic's most iconic transformation, this form grants Sonic flight and nigh-invincibility. It also makes him 1000x stronger than he already is.

Ann: Due to using positive Chaos energy, Super Sonic can overwhelm beings powered by negative energy, or neutralize negative emotions.

Junko: Using the power of Chaos Control, Sonic can teleport, turn intangible, and shoot lasers out his eyes! Oh, he can also slow or stop time, prevent a Super Genesis Wave, or even break reality itself!

Kokonoe: Super Sonic can heal injuries and make shields that can block projectiles and even turn into a bolt of lightning. He's powerful enough to go up against god-like beings such as God Eater or Solaris, who threatened the past, present, and future at the same time.

Ann: Not just that, but during a fight against Hyper Knuckles, he managed to blow up an entire pocket dimension!

Junko: Speaking of Hyper Knuckles, Sonic can turn the Chaos Emeralds into Super Emeralds and from their become Hyper Sonic!

Kokonoe: Being several times stronger than Super Sonic, this form possesses all the same abilities only much stronger. It also lasts just as long.

Ann: Not just that, Hyper Sonic can use an ability called Hyper Flash, where he jumps in the air and causes a blinding flash of light that destroys all enemies on screen before launching Sonic forward!

Junko: But none of them are quite as powerful as Ultra Sonic!

Junko: A super form accessed by collecting an absurd amount of Power Rings or a Super Emerald!

Ann: Though, the former method quickly burns through Sonic's energy supply, and leaves him drained if he pushes his powers.

Junko: Who cares?! He can fly, is virtually invulnerable, and can create portals to other dimensions!

Kokonoe: He can also manipulate atomic particles, usually appearing in the form of elemental manipulation. Such as turning air into a wall of water or turning a stone column into a large uprising spike.

Ann: He also has 3 alternate forms based on the environment he's in. This includes Solar Sonic, Polar Sonic, and Eco Sonic. While their powers are unknown, it's likely they have control over fire, ice and nature respectively.

Kokonoe: Sonic is incredibly strong without question. But he does have weaknesses.

Kokonoe: Sonic is cocky and impulsive with a huge ego. His rings can also disappear after being used or after Sonic takes damage.

Ann: His transformations also require a lot of energy to maintain, though he can keep them going for days on end.

Junko: Not just that, the invulnerability of his transformations can be bypassed with enough force.

Ann: But with all his power and speed, I can think of very few who can ever keep up with Sonic the Hedgehog!

Sonic: Life never stays slow around here for long! Thank goodness. Watch out, Gilgamesh! I'm coming at ya full speed!
