Struggle with grammar and wonder how you can get better? Or maybe you want a second opinion on how a chapter or two is going? Then this is the service for you. This service does take a tad longer than the other services which is why it may not always have a slot open or will have one slot open at max. It is very important that you have your chapters ready for edits via Google Docs as I will conduct these edits there. From there, I will comment everything I find grammar and sometimes storytelling wise to help improve your story.

The first thing that I need to discuss about this is the prep work. If not done correctly, I do have the right to decline. Before you request, please upload your chapter to a Google Docs with the title of your story/Chapter # Edits. This will look something along the lines of "I'm No Hero/ Chapter 1 Edits". If you have more than one chapter, then list the chapters. Then, you're going to want everything in Times New Roman Font (you can have other fonts if easy to read, but I prefer Times New Roman). The chapter header should be bolded, being anywhere between 16-20 font. Copy and paste your chapter over (make sure it's in the same font as the title) and have it in 12-14 font. Do not have it single spaced because my eyes are getting old (not really, but I've got HORRENDOUS eyesight), and if it's single spaced, words start to blur, and it won't help with editing. Double spacing is best.

Note: this service works best for chapters/books that have not uploaded on Wattpad yet because I am making edits to your book to improve your writing. If you want me to edit a chapter that is already uploaded, note that when you make the changes on Google Docs and transfer them over, you may lose comments on a specific part. I will be willing to do either or, but just a heads up.

I do expect changes to be made by the time the chapter/story is uploaded. Not all changes need to be made (because I am human, so I may make some mistakes, but I'll always explain why an edit is there), but if none are taken, then it will result in an immediate ban because I would have felt like I wasted my time on editing. Again, this is the most time consuming service because I will read through what is given MULTIPLE TIMES.

Because I am reading it multiple times, I will let you know when I am done with editing. I may go through what is given once, or I may go through it 2-5 times. It all depends on numerous factors.

One of those factors is knowing what you want out of this service. If you want me to glance at it, that means I'll read it one or two times to see what common errors can be noticeable by the naked eye. If you want a thorough read through, then I'm going to read with a very critical eye, trying to catch all the mistakes possible. This may be one read through, it may be multiple. Again, it just depends how much you want your story to be edited.

While I say "story" or "chapter" there is a limit, and I'm very particular on how I like to see things on Google Docs. This is why you'll need to have the doc ready to go before requesting. One of the questions will ask for a Page Count. I will do no more than 10 pages at a time or one chapter. If a chapter is a tad longer than 10 pages, add it in there (but don't expect me to edit 15 pages). If you have two chapters that will be 8 pages total, you can do that. Just make sure you follow this rule as much as possible. I just need to know how many pages it is. If the chapter is longer put in parenthesis that it is a longer chapter.

In addition to this, because it is editing, you can choose whatever chapter you want for me to edit. It can be the first chapter of a book, it could be the current chapter you're working on or even one that is the "big scene" of the book. It is your call. Once a chapter or section is done, and I've edited it, you can always request more on a later date. Yes, this is different than reviews as I will edit the same book multiple times, but it cannot be the same section numerous times.

Editing is a very broad term. In this case, I look more for grammar structures, like comma placement, phrasing, punctuation, dialogue rules, if you follow the Pokémon fandom rules or not (that is a choice, but one that we'll discuss through the editing process if this rule applies to you), consistency, and structure. If you want a thorough read through, I may look into characterization and do some more review-type edits in there as well to help with storytelling if you want that.

Payment will still be the same of commenting the password and making the corrections (instead of commenting that you see them, I just want to see that you've actually taken them), but if you do the thorough read through option, I would like it if you credited me in the chapters that I did edit. This is because I did take a long time to edit, and it would be nice to get recognition. Yes, this is an added payment, but this is also a service that takes more time.
