Not too long after the group relived some of what they saw in the hell stone, renamed by Clint. Bruce left the room to get results for Peter's injury and came right back with... some not so happy news

"Your healing factor won't be working for about 2 months." Bruce told them, earning a "What?!" "NO!" "Holy shit!" and of course "LANGUAGE!" 

"The reason is that the Soul Stone is sort of like a long walk to hell, and the stone judges who go at what time, Peter's healing factor was working twenty-four seven for a full year making sure that Peter was not falling to dust again, since the Stone decided that Peter was one of many to go," Bruce told them, Peter stared down at his lap realising that he wasn't even supposed to be alive as Natasha gave him a small hug

"And the healing factor was strained that its a miracle that you got out of the Stone on time since that was when it stopped working. And the reason for the wounds opening is because by protecting you from dying it reversed its power to heal from the past (since in the Soul Stone it could somehow do that) to heal your body then."

"So what do we do know?" Tony asked, grabbing his sons hand

"We wait, and Peter can't risk going out as Spider-man and getting hurt to jeopardize the factor ever being up to its full capacity ever again." 

"What?! I don't get hurt that much! Can't I just patrol and take care of the little things! Like someone stealing a bike?"

"That happens?" Scott asked

"More than you would think of" Peter replied, turning back to Bruce

"Peter. I have Karen alert me if you get the slightest bruise when you were the suit, and every day I can't tell you how much I am alerted about Bruises, scraps, fractured writs that I have to turn Karen on silent." Bruce told him, earning a few snickers from them all

"What if I get seriously hurt, like a gunshot," Peter said, trying to be a smart mouth 

"Friday alerts me of a code5 and what she tells Tony is, "Protocol Spider-Boy life alert," Bruce said with a smirk as the team was finding it hard to contain the snickers

(I know that was lame but my mind turned blank)

"So Peter is not allowed to be Spider-man, that's it right?" Ned asked

"Also, since his body is healing from a gunshot and most of its energy is going towards the healing factor, his gunshot will not heal as fast as a normal person, so he is on Bed arrest for three weeks" Bruce informed them

"Oh my god," Peter said, flopping back onto the bed, immediately regretting after he felt the wounds on his back

"Hey Pete," MJ said, "You upset that you get to hang out with your best friends for 2 months every day?" She asked, making the boy grin

"And anyways you can see Mr. Stark mentally making plans on how to bend the rules without angering Bruce" Ned pointed at Tony, who was indeed doing so

"Well these two months won't be that bad," Peter said with a small grin on his face
