Toomi: Many years ago, his father Spencer Damon leaves alongside Kurata and DATS members to explore the Digiworld, leaving Sarah to fend for herself with his sister Kristy.

Sachi: But everything changed the day Marcus met Agumon.

Toomi: Annoyed by the Digimon's wild nature, he fights it by fists, which ended in a draw and drawing admiration by the Digimon, calling him 'Big Brother'. Agumon follows him anywhere, even in his own house, shocking his mother, but accepts the Digimon in her home, despite his protests.

Megumi: He then became a member of DATS after meeting Yoshino "Yoshi" Fujieda and Thomas H. Norstein alongside their respective Digimon and forms an unstable team, with him and Thomas bickering among themselves, but united when facing challenges.

Toomi: Kurata later hatches his vile plan, eliminating Digimon by deleting their data, and blackmailing Thomas into collaborating for him by he has the only cure for his sister's sickness. He later defeats Kurata merged with a Belphemon after reunited with his partner, who reverts into a DigiEgg after using its life force out of rage upon Norstein's betrayal, but retains Agumon's memory.

Sachi: After defeating Kurata, he alongside Yoshino and Thomas must return to Digiworld to confront King Drasil for his actions, and to find his father. He later found his father held captive by Drasil. When the portal to Human World is closing, he saves his father and the rest of the human members of DATS, decided to stay in Digiworld with Agumon.

Megumi: Five years later, he and Agumon still wander the Digital World, challenging strong Digimon and settling rival disputes with fists and his partner Agumon.

Toomi: Being a delinquent who enjoys fighting, Marcus possesses peak human strength and endurance, being able to beat up regular teens on a daily basis and even among the first humans who can physically hurt a Digimon.

Megumi: But he is never far without his trusty Digimon, Agumon.

Sachi: GeoGreymons have a Mega-Flame, an attack which involves spewing super-high temperature flames from its mouth, reducing everything to ashes.

Toomi: They also have the Mega Burst which is a more fires off a version of "Mega Flame" enhanced to its limit within its mouth

Megumi: Horn Impulse where the GeoGreymon charges with its gigantic horns and pulverizes the opponent.

Toomi: And the Mega Volcano where GeoGreymon breathes out a huge fireball and causes a huge explosion.

Megumi: And if all that fire power is not enough, there is even more firepower from where that came from, presenting to you, RizeGreymon.

Megumi: Shine Hammer where it can utilizes light energy to throw a punch attack

Sachi: And Corona Splash where it spreads light energy across.

Toomi: But when feeling extreme anger or hatred, ShineGreymon can achieve a dark form of Burst Mode called Ruin Mode, greatly boosting his power at the cost of his sanity. This form is completely uncontrollable, sending ShineGreymon into a blind rampage until it wears off, reverting him to a Digi-Egg.

Sachi: ShineGreymon also have a form known as the Burst Mode, surpassing his limits and greatly boosting his power. In this form, ShineGreymon wields flames as hot as a star, which form into his wings, sword, and shield.

Toomi: Both Marcus and Agumon together are a really formidable force to be reckoned with. Even though he's only a normal teenage boy, Marcus possesses the strength capable of knocking out four Mega-level Digimon with a single punch.

Sachi: Not only that but RizeGreymon himself has withstood attacks from the recoil of his own Revolver Shot which has the megaton equivalent to that of a nuclear warhead.

Megumi: Why am I suddenly getting some Godzilla vibe on this one.

Toomi: Greymon isn't really Godzilla, especially since his design is based more on Gomora from the Ultraman series.

Megumi: Oh. And anyways, ShineGreymon has traded blows with Craniummon and even defeated many ranges of Digimons, ranging from Champions to Ultimates.

Toomi: As much as their friendship does make it look that way, even Marcus and his Agumon have limits. Marcus has been known to be a really big hot head and he tends to charge in blindly, making him vulnerable against smarter opponents.

Sachi: And if any of the Agumon's digivolved forms takes too much damage, they will revolve back into their physically inferior base form.

Weakness

When digivolved, will revert to Agumon, or possibly even a helpless Digi-Egg, if he takes too much damage

Using Trident Revolver too much will overwhelm the revolver and shatter it

Needs Marcus and the Digivice to digivolve and use the GeoGrey Sword

Ruin Mode is completely uncontrollable, and will revert ShineGreymon into a Digi-Egg when it wears off

GeoGrey Sword has been broken three times

Marcus is hot-blooded, and not good with strategy

Toomi: Not to mention, RizeGreymon and ShineGreymon's weapons are also extremely fragile. If RizeGreymon uses Trident Revolver too much, the pressure will instantly shatter it. And the GeoGray Sword while powerful has been broken three times in different occasions.

Sachi: And like most other Digimons, Agumon's Digi-evolution heavily depends on Marcus, without him, both Digi-evolution and the use of the GeoGrey Sword would be all but impossible

Megumi: And did I mention that big bird here is actually a champion level Digimon, meaning to say, Greymon is actually powerful enough to kill a Digimon far far out of his league.

Megumi: And he can DigiFuse with MetalGarurumon to form Omnimon. Now that is what I call a fusion. Is there anything that can stop that thing?

Toomi: Actually yes. Like many other Digimons, even their most powerful forms have limits as taking too much damage will in turn revert Greymon back into his physically weaker base form.

Megumi: Not to mention, Tai sometimes tend to attack both humans and Digimons alike which actually does get him in a lot of trouble.

Weakness

Taking too much damage will revert him to a previous form.

Weak against Earth attacks.

SkullGreymon is violent; attacking allies and enemies alike.

Used to get into fist fights with Matt Ishida, though the two managed to make their peace by the end of the first series.

Tai has attacked both Digimon and Tamers alike; which has gotten himself in trouble sometimes.

Can be wrecked with guilt, from making stupid mistakes that endanger himself and his friends to worrying himself over bystanders getting caught in the cross fire.

Toomi: Also, while Agumon and his ascending forms can fight and think alone, his power comes directly from Tai. Without their connection, digi-evolution would be impossble.

Sachi: And there was even a time where Tai actually wanted Greymon to trick Greymon into Digivolving further, only to end up giving birth to some kind of skeletal monstrosity

Megumi: But over time, he learned the humility and responsibility necessary to successfully lead the Digi-Destined against Apocalymon, basically the physical embodiment of the recycle bin, and save both the digital and real worlds from being deleted forever.

In the scorching desert, Tai and Agumon sat next to each other, discussing their next course of action.

Agumon: So what should we do Tai?

Tai puts a hand under his chin, thinking to himself.

Tai: Hm. Ooh I know! Let's get stronger together.

Agumon: Really? Great idea! How?

Tai looks around, wondering to himself.

Just then, Tai notices a tall muscular figure standing a few feet away from him, causing him to exclaim out.

Tai: I've got it! Let's go take on that guy!

Agumon: Huh? Why?

Tai: Because he has an Agumon as well.

Tai pointed out, directing Agumon towards a different Agumon next to the boy.

Agumon: Oh!

Agumon nods just as Tai rushes forward, swinging his leg up between the boy's legs.

WHAM!!!

Marcus: ARGHHHH!!!

Marcus cries out in pain, causing his Agumon to scream out.

Agumon: Marcus!

Angered, Agumon turns to face Tai, questioning him.

Agumon: Hey! What did you do that for?!

Tai and Agumon stood next to each other just as Agumon replies.

Agumon: You guys look strong so we want to challenge you.

Upon hearing that, Marcus's mouth twists into a smirk just as he faces the two, declaring out.

Marcus: You wanna fight huh? Very well, Agumon, let's show these punks who's boss!

Announcer: Fight!

Both Agumons lunges towards each other, swinging their claws right at each other.

Agumon: Claw Uppercut!

One of the Agumons swings his claw upwards, cutting right into the other Agumon.

SLASH!!!

The Agumon stumbles back, turning back before opening his jaws at him, spewing a ball of flame right back at the Agumon.

Agumon: Pepper Breath!

FWOOSH!!!

BOOM!!!

Agumon: WAAAHHHHHH!!!

Agumon screams out before falling back.

Tai then holds up his device, declaring out.

Tai: Alright Agumon! Let's turn up the heat!

Greymon lets out a loud roar, sprinting towards GeoGreymon.

GeoGreymon steps to the side, slamming his head forward, screaming out.

Just as Greymon stumbles back, the Digimon swings his tail across, shouting out.

GeoGreymon grunts out in agony just as Greymon opens his mouth, spewing a stream of fire at his opponent.

Greymon: Nova Flame!

FWOOSH!!!

GeoGreymon: Mega Flame!

Both streams of fire clashes into each other, creating a massive explosion across the floor.

KABOOM!!!

Marcus: Whoa!

Tai: Gah!

Both Marcus and Tai screams out just as the blast of wind sends the two tumbling back.

BOOM!!!

Both Greymon and GeoGreymon slams bodyfirst into each other, the two Champion level Digimons wrestling against each other.

WHAM!!!

GeoGreymon throws a punch right into Greymon.

Greymon swings his horn downwards, cutting into GeoGreymon's flesh.

GeoGreymon: RAAAHHHHHH!!!

GeoGreymon slams his head forward, striking right into Greymon's chest.

Just as Greymon stumbles back, GeoGreymon opens his mouth, a sphere of fire forming within his jaws just as he screams out.

GeoGreymon: Mega Volcano!

At the same time, a sphere of fire forms within Greymon's mouth just as he screams out.

Greymon: Fire Wall.

FWOOSH!!!

Both Greymon and GeoGreymon launches a powerful stream of fire right into each other, the sheer impact of the colliding balls of fire creates a massive fiery explosion.

KABOOM!!!

Tai: Whoa man!

Tai remarks out just as he raises his hands, shielding himself from the flames.

As the smoke clears, just then, something large swoops out of the smoke, sending dust flying everywhere.

WHOOSH!!!

Marcus: WHOAAAA!!!

Both Marcus and Tai looks up, their eyes widens in shock and awe.

Both Greymon and GeoGreymon had not only digivolved into MetalGreymon and RizeGreymon but the two are up in the air, clashing against each other at supernatural speed.

WHOOSH!!!

CLANG!!! CLANG!!!

Both RizeGreymon and MetalGreymon swings their Trident Revolver and Giga Blaster right at each other, their weapons clashing just as the two cyborgs flew across the air.

MetalGreymon points his Giga Blaster at RizeGreymon, opening fire at him.

Just as the stream of fire flew across, RizeGreymon ducks down, dodging the attack before pointing his Trident Revolver at him, opening fire right back at MetalGreymon.

RizeGreymon: Rising Destroyer!

Both balls of fire flies across the air, only for RizeGreymon and MetalGreymon to dive through the air, dodging the projectiles.

WHOOSH!!!

RizeGreymon closes in onto MetalGreymon, pointing his body at him before screaming out.

RizeGreymon: Heavy Barrel!

MetalGreymon points his Giga Blaster at RizeGreymon, roaring out.

MetalGreymon: Terra Destroyer!

SHOOM!!!

Both Cyborgs open fire at each other, sending a powerful wave of energy right into each other.

Right at that moment, MetalGreymon's chest cavity opens up, sending several missiles flying across.

WHOOSH!!!

The missiles flies past the attacks before striking right into RizeGreymon's Trident Revolver, causing it to go off in an explosion.

KABOOM!!!

At the same time, the Terra Destroyer blasts struck right into MetalGreymon, causing the Cyborg to go off in a fiery explosion.

KABOOM!!!

Horrified at the sight before them, both Marcus and Tai screams out.

Marcus: RizeGreymon!

Tai: MetalGreymon!

As smoke billows out of the fiery remains on the floor, two Agumons quivers in agony as they lay on the floor, crying out to their friends.

Agumon: Marcus!

Agumon: Tai!

Angered, Tai rushes forward, screaming out.

Tai: How dare you hurt my friend!

Before Marcus could react, Tai jumps up, throwing a kick right into him.

WHAM!!!

Marcus: ARGHHHHHH!!!

Tai then throws a punch, striking Marcus in the gut.

WHAM!!!

Angered, Marcus declares out.

Marcus: That's it! Take that you punk!

Marcus throws a hook across, striking Tai across the cheek.

WHAM!!!

Tai: Ow!

Tai screams out, falling flat onto the ground.

Plop!

Just as Agumon rises, he looks up, watching just as Marcus swings his leg out, striking right into Tai.

Marcus: Take that you kid!

WHAM!!!

Agumon: Hey! Leave him alone!

Agumon pushes himself up, rushing towards Marcus before jumping out, throwing his foot out at the teenager.

Agumon: Baby Kick!

WHAM!!!

Marcus: ARGHHHH!!!

Just as Marcus stumbles back, both Agumons jumps back, beginning their final Warp Digi-evolution.

Both their bodies spin around in a flash, the light shine around them just as the two emerges in two tall humanoid forms.

Although lacking in size from their last two transformations, the two Digimons are not completely encased in armour, with sharps blades and weapons potruding from their bodies.

WarGreymon: WarGreymon!

ShineGreymon: ShineGreymon!

FLASH!!!

Both WarGreymon and ShineGreymon faces each other, the two Digimons now in their final forms.

Tai pushes himself up, shouting at Marcus.

Tai: It's over now!

Marcus: Not if I can count on it! ShineGreymon! Go!

ShineGreymon: You've got it boss!

WHOOSH!!!

ShineGreymon rushes forward, swinging his GeoGrey Sword at WarGreymon.

SLASH!!! SLASH!!! SLASH!!!

WarGreymon rushes forward, cutting at ShineGreymon with his Metal Claw.

SLASH!!! SLASH!!! SLASH!!!

ShineGreymon flies back, throwing a fiery blast of fire at WarGreymon.

ShineGreymon: Glorious Blast!

THOOM!!!

WarGreymon: Brave Shield!

WarGreymon declares out, raising up his shield just as the attack closes in, creating a massive explosion in the air.

KABOOM!!!

WHOOSH!!!

ShineGreymon swoops downwards, a hammer projection forming just as he screams out.

ShineGreymon: Shine Hammer!

WHAM!!!

ShineGreymon swings it across WarGreymon's head, sending the Dragon flying back.

WarGreymon looks back, flying towards ShineGreymon as he puts his claws close together, spinning at a rapid speed towards him.

WarGreymon: War Driver!

THOOM!!!

WarGreymon spins rapidly towards ShineGreymon, only for Marcus to scream out.

Marcus: No!

Without thinking, Marcus leaps up into the air, closing in onto the attack.

Realizing what is happening, ShineGreymon exclaims out in horror.

ShineGreymon: Marcus stop! What are you doing?!

Marcus: Doing what I must...to protect you! I...won't let that thing hurt you!

Marucs then throws one powerful punch, striking right into WarGreymon's War Driver.

BAM!!!

To Tai, WarGreymon and ShineGreymon's surprise, not only is Marcus still alive but his fist is somehow pushing WarGreymon back.

WarGreymon: What?!

ShineGreymon smirks beneath his helm, speaking out to Marcus.

ShineGreymon: Thank you Marcus. Thank you for giving me this power.

Grip!

ShineGreymon clenches his fists together just as a powerful burst of light flashes across his body.

FLASH!!!

Within seconds, ShineGreymon's entire body is now completely engulfed in flames, his power now stronger than before.

ShineGreymon has entered his Burst Mode!

Shocked at ShineGreymon's new found power, Tai backs away, exclaiming out in horror.

Tai: No...no way! What is that form!

ShineGreymon flies towards WarGreymon, screaming out.

ShineGreymon: It's over for you!

BAM!!!

ShineGreymon throws a punch just as WarGreymon barely raises his shield up, flying back from the impact of the blow.

WarGreymon: Whoa!

Just as WarGreymon is sent flying backwards, ShineGreymon swoops forward, screaming out.

ShineGreymon: Corona Splash!

WHOOSH!!!

ShineGreymon slams onto WarGreymon hard, causing the Digimon to scream out in agony.

THOOM!!!

WarGreymon: ARGHHHHHH!!!

Tai: WarGreymon!

Tai screams out in horror just as WarGreymon's body went off in a fiery explosion.

KABOOM!!!

Before Tai could even react, ShineGreymon swoops down from the sky, slamming hard onto Tai's body, creating a massive explosion in the process.

KABOOM!!!

As the flames dies down, Marcus steps out of the smoke, staring at the destruction around him just as ShineGreymon slowly shrinks down, reverting back into Agumon.

Agumon: Whoa.

Marcus: Yeah. That was intense.

Megumi: Damn. Now that is what I call Dragon Wars!

Toomi: In terms of firepower, strength and speed, both Agumons forms are equal in many ways but ShineGreymon's powers wins this in the end.

Megumi: Yeah, WarGreymon is powerful enough to kill Dragons like ShineGreymon but truth to be told, ShineGreymon is powerful enough to kill Dragons as well so considering how two Dragon killers are facing each other, shit is about to go down.

Sachi: But ShineGreymon has an advantage over WarGreymon with his Burst Mode. Using that form, ShineGreymon is mentioned to be of a Mega Level, allowing him to destroy Digimons as powerful as Craniummon, someone as powerful as WarGreymon.

Toomi: Not only that but Marcus is also a decent fighter as well, taking on beings like teenagers and Digimons literally puts him at a class above Tai and the fact he has punched the spear of Craniummon who has lifted the Digital World itself.

Sachi: And the fact that ShineGreymon's armour is made of Black Digizoid, a stronger variation of Chrone Digizoid means that he has tougher armour and tougher weapons than the Chrome Digizoid armour WarGreymon has.

Megumi: With all that being said, having better combat skills, speed strength, durability and power, that is what gives Marcus the win. Looks like this battle couldn't end with a...Tai.

Toomi: The winners are Marcus and Agumon
