“Are you sure we can do this?" Fear asked nervously.
“Positive!" Joy replied. “We just need to find Olaf, and we'll have our tradition!"
Anna and Elsa headed outside to find their beloved childhood snowman, when they heard Sven making strange noises. The two sisters stood outside the stable with Kai and saw him giving a message to Kristoff, who seemed to have no idea what it was.
But Anna and Elsa did.
“Oh, no! Olaf's lost in the forest!"
“And being chased by hungry wolves?!"
Sven nodded.
“Yeah... obviously."
“Seriously, how could he miss that?" Disgust said in disbelief.
“Never mind that!" Fear exclaimed. “We gotta save Olaf!"
“Ring the bell. Gather everyone."

“Oh, where could he be?" Sadness asked worriedly. “What if the wolves ate him?!"
“Sadness, everyone knows that wolves only eat meat," Disgust pointed out. “And Olaf doesn't have any of that."
“Still, though, they could've hurt him!" Fear argued.
“Guys, I'm sure he's fine," Joy assured them.
“He better be," Anger grumbled. “It's almost dark."
“Any sign of him?"
“No!"
“We're not giving up just yet," Joy said confidently.
“Olaf!"
“Olaf!"
“Olaf, where are you?!"
“He's... not here."
Anna and Elsa looked down and saw a pile of snow with twigs and a carrot sticking out of it.
“Where else could be be?" Fear asked, not getting the message.
“He's right there, nitwit!" Anger yelled.
Anna and Elsa sighed in relief and fell on their knees next to him.
“Hmm. I wonder where he went."
“Well, he probably went on a mission to find traditions for Anna and Elsa."
“He's such a sweetheart," Joy said.
“Aw! And did he find any?"
“He did, but then they caught fire, and fell off a cliff. And then they caught fire again."
Sven pulled Olaf out of the snow by his nose with his teeth, revealing his depressed face.
“And then a hawk took them."
“Aww," Joy said sadly as Sven put him down. “The poor baby."
“I'm sorry. You still don't have a tradition."
The sisters smiled as Anna held up the box.
“But we do, Olaf. Look."
Anna opened the box and inside, Olaf saw a bunch of cards and crafts, all of which featured a familiar-looking snowman.
“Wait. Is that...?"
Joy recalled a memory of Anna and Elsa building Olaf together when they were kids.
“Anna made these years ago when we first made you. You were the one who brought us together, and kept us connected when we were apart."
Fear sent the memory back to Long Term and began showing some of Anna slipping drawings, pop-ups and dolls of Olaf underneath the door.
“Every Christmas, I made Elsa a gift."
“All those long years alone, we had you to remind us of our childhood."
“Of how much we still loved each other."
Once the last memory was sent back, the Emotions saw Anna and Olaf's faces through the POV once more.
“It's you, Olaf. You are our tradition."
“Me?"
“Surprise!"
While the royal sisters hugged their snowman friend, Sadness began to tear up.
“Sadness, what's wrong?" Disgust asked.
“Nothing," she replied. “These are just happy tears."
“Aw! Come on, group hug!" Joy urgent, wrapping her arms around the rest of the Emotions. “You, too, Anger!"
“Don't touch me," he grumbled.

Throughout the rest of the evening, everyone in Arendelle celebrated the holidays together by the frozen lake. There was food and ice skating and Elsa used her magic to make a Christmas tree out of ice, decorated with lanterns.
“This was a pretty good idea," Fear admitted. As a response, Joy sweetly kissed his cheek, causing him to faint.

Suddenly, a hawk screeched and dropped something on top of Olaf.
