Sloth made a step back but it was almost to late and the big Sandwing came down on her.

I have to do something now! I don't want to get killed not now! The Sandwing scratched at her belly and blood spilled out of the wound. Come you have to get him away from you. NOW.

In that moment a blue flash brought down the bigger dragon. Ripple! "Sloth! Are you alright?", Shadowclaw asked  worried. "W-what me?"

Why can't he just help Ripple? Right they don't like each other that much but he can die!

"Are you alright?", BlackIce repeated angry. Sloth belly hurts and her claws where spotted with her own blood but she just nodded.

"You! You have to help Ripple! He can get hurt!", River cried with once. She is right. Yes he is a good fighter but he is just a dragonet and that this Sandwing killed Snake! 

Shadowclaw tried to get the barb of the Samswing and BlackIce tried to keep his snout. I have to help too but how? But how? And with once Sloth got a idea. That should work.

"You-you have to ask him..." The Samdwing let out a big growl. They don't listen to me! Why aren't they listening? "Please! River you have to say him..." "Sloth! He nearly kills Ripple! OMG OMG OMG! We! We have to fight!", River shouted back.

Oh no, oh no, oh no! I-I have to do it by myself. NOW! "Hi what's your name?", she asked. Sloth tried to let it sound calmly but her voice trembled. The Sandwing stopped fighting and glanced at her with his obsidian dark black eyes.

"I-I don't now should I have a name? Do you have a name?", he asked back. "I-I'm S-sloth", she answered scared. Now the dragonet smiled. "A funny name. I think mine is...p-pi-pix-pppp..."

"PIXEL!"

Every dragonet turned around. It was Hunter who looked angry at his nearly dead brother. "You! YOU KILLED HIM!", he shouted and made a step toward him.

"Yes thank you I think this is how my parents named me", Pixel replied. "You killed my brother!", Hunter screamed and pointed his barb to him.

He will kill him! They have something to do. What if he has that...thing too? "He didn't knew that he killed your brother. Can't you see that he doesn't remember it?", BlackIce snapped.

"Of course can he remember!", Hunter hissed. "W-what should I remember? D-did I something bad?", Pixel asked. Than the Sandwing turned around and saw Snakes dead body laying at the ground.

"W-who did this?", he screamed scared.  Shadowclaw glanced at Sloth and for one moment they had the same thought. Or it looked like this. Than the prince nodded slowly.

What? No he can't do that! Who knows what he will do! "Pixel. You killed him." Now Hunters eyes got darker and he growled. "So. Even your friends told it me. You deserve the dead but don't worry I can help you with it."

I can't let him die! SAY something. But it was like there was a mysterious power which behinds her by helping him. "No please Hunter! Don't do it! This happened three times before so please be honest!", River cried.

"Three...times?", Hunter asked her worried. "Penguine, Splash and your stupid brother", BlackIce snapped. "Yes it's not fair to kill him", Ripple said.

"Please give us time to figure out why he did this", Shadowclaw replied calmly. The golden Sandwing hissed. Will he agree? What if not? "Well. I will give you two days. Two days and I will know why he did this if not. Well than you all will be dead." With that words he left the cave.

What! We can't do that! What if we can't find it out! But I wanted to do it all the time. Now I have help. Why not?

"You look...different", River said with once. "Y-yes I do my parents told me that I'm special but yes different sounds better", Pixel answered.

The little Seawing was right. His scales weren't just pale yellow they had like darker and brown pixels everywhere. "He doesn't looks ugly he is beautiful!", Sloth whispered quietly and looked down at her claws.

How can she DARE to speak like that! River is so rude. Just because she is a PRINCESS! Look at Shadowclaw! He is very nice to other dragonets EVEN if he is royal!

But deep in her heart she knew that it was just the way royals were. "Yes of course", Ripple and Shadow said the same time.

"PIXEL WHAT DO YOU DID!" It was another Sandwing but it wasn't a dragonet anymore. "Qible he wasn't it", a beautiful Nightwing replied calmly.

"I-I don't know what happened! I was in my sleeping cave and now I'm here", Pixel answered. "I know don't worry", the Nightwing said. "Mother! What are you doing here?", BlackIce shouted lout.

Wait! Mother? Is that Nightwing her MOTHER? "Oh I didn't told you that I'm teaching here?", she said calmly. "Typical you", BlackIce replied grumpily. "Where's your big sister? Spirit?" BlackIce has a SISTER?

"We can talk later about this", a new voice answered. It was Glory. "Mom it's just Shadow", a little Rainwing dragonet said. She had light green scales with a little silver and Nightwing horns and spikes.

Another royal dragonet? Right Shadowclaw has a sister! Tree or something like this?

"Hey little sis", Shadow answered smiling. His sister turned bright red. "Don't-call-me-like-this!", she snapped. "What I shouldn't?", Shadowclaw asked "I'm as old as you are!", she hissed.

"Leaf leave us alone!", the queen said a little annoyed. "But I'm the next queen! Why can HE be here while I have to meet my stupid clawmates!", Leaf shouted.

"Because I killed him", Shadowclaw replied with a big smile. "You-Didn't", she hissed. Than the princess turned around and left the cave with red scales. "What for a silly thing", BlackIce whispered. "I would be happy if I doesn't have to go to boring audiences." Sloth nodded but deep inside she understood Leaf.

She just wants to be important and not just the little sister. She wants to be queen one day. Would I handle different if I were at her place? Maybe.

"What happened?", Moon asked. "Oh it was just scary! There was Pixel and he killed Snake!", River cried. Why can't she speak normal? She wasn't even in DANGER to get killed!

"And Dawnbringer? Is she alright?", Glory asked worried. Dawn! What if Pixel killed her too? Or what if he hurts her? "Dawn? Who is that?", Shadowclaw replied.

"She is a little Nightwing girl who got nearly killed by Snake", BlackIce explained. "Let's look after her", Sloth said worried but nobody listened. They were all talking about Snake and Pixel.

Well I have to look after her! Sloth walked quietly away into a second cave wich she didn't realized before. Inside she found her friend. She is fine! Well better than Snake.

It was a big cut at her belly which was dark black. Dawn's eyes where closed and her breath went slow. Sloth grabbed her claw.

I will find out why they did this no matter what happens. I will find out why they did that to you but please you have to survive this! Please.

"SLOTH COME ON WE HAVE TO GO IN OUR SLEEPING CAVE", River shouted. How I HATE that voice! Sloth turned around but she still could see the dragon silhouette which slowly walked away.

The five dragonets walked the way to their sleeping caves and nobody spoke a word. Just a few steps from the entrance Sloth started to smell something...strange.

What's that? What does that means? Can the other dragonets smell it too?

"What's that for a ugly scent?", River asked. "I don't know but it comes out of your sleeping cave", Ripple replied.

He is right. Than they looked inside and what Sloth saw made her heart going slower. It was a clearly message.

"If you try to find out what happens your little friends and you will be dead soon too"

And it was written with blood.
