Shadow? Was is he doing here? How did he get to us?

"Another annoying Rainwing. Is that typical in your tribe?", Snake snarled. "Yes it is. Normally every Rainwing has his annoying-time after the suntime but it seems like I'm a little different", Shadow replied.

Wait! Is he joking? He is in danger to get killed! "Well you CAN'T stop me! You are just a normal Rainwing and I'm..."

In that moment Hunter started laughing. "C'mon little brother you don't have to tell everybody how super powerful Sandwings are!", he said.

Why didn't I used my venom? "Be quiet!", a voice shouted. It was Queen Glory!

"Do you come with me and the Rainwings or do you want to die now?", she asked calmly. "I'm not going into prison!", Snake hissed.

"Good. Shadow do you want to do it?",the queen asked the black Rainwing.

She doesn't want to kill him. "Of course." "I'm not going into prison even if you want to kill me! I will kill YOU because I'm..."

The big Sandwing just collapsed. It was Hunter who hit him on the head. "I-I'm really sorry for you", Sloth said. The big Sandwing just turned around and ran out of the cave.

It must be hard to lose his brother. But maybe it's just like last time and Snake is really kind but he has something...?

"Are you alright?", Shadow asked her with once. "W-what? Why are you a-asking me? He knocked his own brother out!", she answered.

"Yes but he nearly kill-" "Shadowclaw! What're you doing here?", BlackIce shouted with once. Sloth didn't realized the other dragons of destiny standing around Snake and BlackIce who ran over to them.

So I was right and he is the Rainwing prince who is a hybrid. But he doesn't looks weird like me and I'm not even SURE that I'm a hybrid! Why has he to look so nice with his glittering black scales and the... wait! What are I thinking!

"Hi Icy you didn't told me that you come to", Shadowclaw said smiling. "Don't call me like that!", she snapped back. "Why I think your sister calls you that everyday?", he replied. "And I HATE it!"

Wait! Why do they know each other? "Hey Sloth this is BlackIce", Shadowclaw explained. "I know who she is. It seems like any of the dragons I meet here are royals", Sloth answered with a little smile.

Why didn't he told me that he is a prince! "Who told you that I'm royal too and why do you know him?", BlackIce asked.

What she is royal too? I meant Shadowclaw and River but I don't have to tell them. Let them think that I'm smarter than I'm.

"Of course you are. You just know Shadowclaw who is a prince and not every dragonet knows a prince AND you are a Ice-Nightwing hybrid this why you lived at the other side of Phyrria. And you doesn't lived in the Rainforest because you came with the Icewings", Sloth explained.

BlackIce just opened her mouth and shut it again. So why is nobody telling me that he or she is royal. Just River told me and she is a annoying little squirrel. I really thought that I could make friends here. But how can I if they don't tell me everything.

But than she thought about her dream and the cry she could hear. But that has nothing to mean. It's not like I'm special.

"Well I'm sorry I didn't told you earlier but I thought it wouldn't interest you", Shadowclaw said gently. "It's OK", Sloth said and smiled, "I don't really care."

Don't let them see that you're hurt. But for some reason she couldn't be angry when Shadowclaw just gave her the smile back. Why can I forgive him so early? Why aren't I angry anymore when I see that smile?

"Well I'm not sorry. I didn't told you because I hate being royal and doing that stuff", BlackIce replied. It's just her. "It's OK I don't really care if you're royal or not. Some royals are great..."

"HAY FRIENDS DID THE SANDWING SAVED YOU?"

"...and some are not." River ran over to them. "And what happened? Explain me EVERYTHING!", she shouted. "I saved them", Shadow answered shortly.

Did he sounds...annoyed? "Oh REALY? What's with that handsome black and gold Sandwing who didn't told me his name?", River asked.

Wait what? Does she...like him? That Sandwing who is maybe in our winglet if I remember right?

"He is alright I think", Sloth said. "After he ran out of the mountain? GROWLING?", Shadow asked with a little smile. Boys.

"Do you hurt him?", River asked. "No we didn't it was his stupid brother", BlackIce hissed.

Really? Does nobody here knows that this doesn't makes anything better? Well I have to calm her down.

"We can look after him I'm sure he is with his brother", Sloth replied quietly and looked down at her claws. "I think this is a great idea",  a new voice said.

"Ripple!", she shouted out happy that he saved her from the glances of the other dragonets. "Who is THAT?", Shadow asked grumpily.

What happened now? Why is he acting like this? Is something wrong with him?

"Ow. That's my guard Ripple he is our friend", River explained. "Hm. Hi", Shadow said. The hybrid just glanced at him.

That's a little scary. I'm a little hungry why didn't I eat earlier when I had time? What would I give for a ananas...

"Hey are you hungry?", Shadow asked with once. He took a few things from the ground. "Yes I'm", River shouted. He gave her a big fish. "Me too", Sloth said quite. "Here look what I found", he said and gave her... a big, yellow fruit.

H-how does the know that I want a ananas? Can he read my thoughts as well or was he just guessing?I have to find it out but why should he? He doesn't has the teardrop scales at his eyes and he is a hybrid too.

"T-Thank you", Sloth stuttered. "Well let's go now. We can visit Dawnbringer too", BlackIce remembered them. "Oh yes. Of COURSE", Shadow replied. The dragonets walked out of the eating cave to the medicine cave.

Dawn. I hope she is OK. I didn't thought about her all the time. I first the both Sandwings and than Shadow....

In that moment Sloth could hear a cry. This one was very loud like the dragon just stood beside her but there were only Shadow and Ripple.

This is weird. What does that mean? But deep inside she knew what would happens now. "We-we have to hurry!", Sloth snapped. "Why?", River asked. "B-because the... Mudwings will arrive soon and I want to see them", she replied.

Shadow glanced at her with his deep violet eyes but now where she looked better she saw that there was a little green inside too and a little black...

It looks like he knows more about me than I do.

After a few minutes they arrived at the cave. "Tamarin? Are you in there?", River asked softly but nobody answered.

"Tamarin are you alright?", BlackIce repeated a little louder. "Tamarin?" Sloth looked inside the cave. She couldn't believe what she saw.

It was a Sandwing who bends over Snake. The ground was speckled with dark Sandwing blood and there were a few deep cuts in Snakes throat. His breath was slow and loud, blood bubbled out of his mouth.

River gasped loud and the killer turned his head to them. His eyes were blacker than obsidian and his scales blood speckled. Sloth could see the blood running down his muzzle.

With a little growl the Sandwing jumped forward.
