Not the most original name. I guess it depends on the usual names for her Tribe, but it's just.. a color? She's not even blue. Is she named after her eye color? Is it normal for her Tribe to be named after colors? Or is she named after "feeling blue" which would make sense if she's a MoodWing..

Cool. I keep reading "MoodWing" as "MudWing" and getting confused.

Appearance | A thin, lithe boned creature. Her scales are dar
k silver, her three horns grey and her spikes grey. Her underbelly changes colors with her mood, along with her ruff. Her eyes are deep blue and she wears a flower crown. The flowers are usually pastel colors. I'll tag you in a reference.

(I don't recall being tagged in a reference, I'm sorry, I checked in your art book but couldn't find it!)

I'd like to know what the average MoodWing looks like. Also, what abilities they have. This does seem cool though, I like the changing scales. Kind of like RainWings. Also the flower crown sounds pretty!

Personality | Kind toward her family/friends, living, bossy, hostile toward animuses, cruel toward them also, respectful and calm, very OCD, jumpy

Okay. I'd prefer it if you really described her more than just listing off personality traits, but oh well. Kind, calm and respectful are good traits for a queen to have. There isn't much here, so I can't get a good idea of what she's like. A pretty good balance of good and bad traits, though you could add a few more of each. It makes sense that she hates animuses (animi?) considering the events of her backstory.

Just one question: by "very OCD" do you mean she actually suffers from obsessive compulsive disorder, or just that she's picky/neat/whatever? Because if it's the former, that's great, but if it's the latter then please change that. Because as someone who has OCD, I can assure you that there's a MASSIVE difference between the two.

Backstory | Fairly normal princess life. Her sisters, however, fought for her throne. She was the eldest sibling, and after her parents stepped down, she became Queen. Before Rusty's arrival, an Animus MoodWing attempted assassination after she ordered all animuses away from the palace before the choosing of the king. The animus, Elm, crept up on her, but before she could kill her, Blue whirled around, taken aback, and then realized what was happening. She killed Elm with her fangs, fire and claws. Elm was buried in the criminal cemetery. Rusty, Cliff and Crag where the king contestants. Rusty won the vote, and, he was an animus. Blue had no clue and still doesn't. Rusty also has a strange coloring -- gold blots all over him. Blue doesn't suspect anything. So far, Blue and Rusty have ruled the MoodWing kingdom well, speaking with Queen Siren, the queen of the HypnoWings (also owned by me.) There is peace between them at the moment.

Alright, seems pretty cool! Nothing too crazy, but it's also interesting. Easy to follow, and original. I like that Rusty is an animus, though I am curious what would happen if/when she finds out.. Just wondering why the animus didn't think to enchant something to kill her? Would have been smarter, and she wouldn't have been able to fight back. It just seems odd to me; if an animus wants you dead, usually you're doomed..

Overall
I'll give Blue a 6/10. Backstory and personality could use some work. Her appearance is good. I'd also like it if you would include some info about your original Tribe in the form. (I know that I didn't specify this on the form page, which I will change! Sorry)
