I've seen this name a few times. Not overused, but somewhat popular.

Tribe:-: 98% RainWing, (This is still being thought of for I want him to be a unique hybrid)

I will say that it's more original than a 50/50 hybrid, but I'm not sure being 2% another tribe would affect him very much? Maybe it might make his scales slightly duller or his venom weaker. Otherwise, it just seems unnecessary to add, as it wouldn't really have a purpose..

Appearance:-: Toucan is a fairly plump, short almost average RainWing. But he isn't, to say the least. His eyes are a bright amber color, and his body is usually always a dark orange with lime green circles. His under scales are a dandelion yellow, while the line thingy(Shhhh) is a yellow-red color. His tail is a bit long, and the inside of his wings are yellow. But they have tears due to an incident. He wears a necklace that has a toucan on it, which a scavenger made for him.

Alright! I like it. It's good that you describe not only his colors, but his body shape. I like the necklace. Not much else to say..

Personality:-: Since he's still a dragonet, he is very hyper and full of energy. He's a total troublemaker and will do pretty much anything for attention, being he had four other siblings. He loves flowers and anything color, except he can't get to close to some due to allergies. He's a very flexible dragon, yet stubborn and cocky. You could say he is in someways feminine which is of course mocked.

Alright! It's good that his age affects his personality, not something you see too often. Even with dragonet OCs, too many people don't ever make them childish. I'd like to know what his personality will be like when he gets older, but oh well.

Only question I have is why he's mocked for being feminine? That's not something I view RainWings as being against. This does take place around the same time as the original books. So going off the way the Tribe acts, they seem to embrace femininity, even in males.

Backstory:-: Toucan was born in the hatchery with his four other siblings 4 years after Glory became queen of RainWings. He had never actually had any affection due to his four other sisters hogging attention, so he was left to himself. Toucan became very annoyed due to the fact he wasn't ever given attention, and started doing whatever he could to get attention from his parents. But one day, he took it to far. He was playing with his sisters when his older sister, Iguana had dared him to go outside of the rainforest because that's what siblings do. Being the troublesome one he quickly took the offer. Once he got out of the rainforest, he had ended up in the SandKingdom. Shifting his scales to blend in, he came across a pile of treasure. He was quick to start trying to grab all he could, when a SandWing saw him. In fright he started running, but failed to as the large enraged dragon reached him and gave a few quick blows to his wings, causing him to earn tears. He dropped the treasure and ran to the nearest shelter, shaking in pain. Eventually his mother and father found him, and nurtured him to health. His parents died of a disease, and so did his sister Ivy. He and his sisters were are 2 when this happened, so still needed a foster. A kind older RainWing took them in, and did the best she could. Toucan eventually learned how to move quickly between trees, and blend in with his surroundings. He's still a trouble maker- only being 4 and yet very kind.

Hmm. Being neglected by his parents because they pay attention to his siblings more is a little.. cliche, I'd say. (Hey, that rhymed) I like this mostly, it's cute. Having both of his parents die is also a little cliche, and I'd like to know what exactly killed them? Just a random disease? A little more info on that would be nice.

Also, when did he get his toucan necklace that you mentioned in his appearance? I expected it to be in his backstory somewhere. He got it from a scavenger. I don't think there are very many scavengers in the Rainforest, and they're terrified of dragons anyway so I can't imagine one just giving him a random necklace.

Overall
I'll give Toucan a 7/10. I like his personality and appearance. His backstory isn't the best, it has some cliches and leaves me with a few questions. Him being a hybrid is kind of interesting, but not something that really affects him. So, either make it more effective (maybe a higher percentage of another tribe, not exactly 50/50 but enough that it's noticeable) or just don't put it in at all. Anywho, bye :3
