I like this one more than Wave's. He isn't overpowered, and I'm glad that you decided not to give him a SandWing barb. You could be more descriptive (is he short? Tall? Fat? Skinny? Etc) and you didn't mention his eye color or anything.

Personality:Loud, adventurous, caring, feisty, loses his temper with younger dragons

This is.. alright. The "loses temper with young dragonets" bit is good, I like that, but the rest are pretty... I guess, boring? There's nothing very original here. I'd say give him more flaws, and a few more interesting personality traits.

Eagle gets a 5/10. He's better than Wave, but could still use a bit of work. You can find a lot of things online about developing characters (including lists of character traits and stuff) that I think you could look at. You could be more descriptive about his appearance, so that he seems a bit more original.
